McDonald’s

Today I went in for one thing: An ‘Iced Caramel Mocha” — An item that McDonalds has had for YEARS. Today I noticed it wasn’t on the menu, so I asked the young male taking my order if it was still available. He fiddled with the register and then told me yes. So I got a medium and paid. Only seconds later, I was told by some other male working there– (Supposedly the manager as his shirt was different and he wore a tie) –that they no longer have that available. I asked for my money refunded and he handed me my bills, gave me a look and asked if I wanted my change back too. Seriously? Of course I do. I want all my money back for something I didn’t get. Extremely unprofessional and rude. It’s like they wanted free money despite an unhappy customer.
I got no apology from the guy with the tie and wasn’t asked if I’d like something else, so I just walked out.
The worst part is. There’s multiple other things wrong with this one. For example, the new Mozzarella sticks that look gooey and hot in their commercials are cold, stale wads of cheese in thin soggy coating, the floor is always sticky with soda and ketchup, the workers are usually rude and they almost always screw up an order.
Not happy. Don’t recommend going in there unless you want to be grossed out and disappointed.

David provides quality service at a McDonald’s very nice man. This particular McDonald’s has a nice playplace as well as a clean interior. The service is fast as it should be for fast food. The employees regularly clean the area and patrol. During the rush hour, the difference in quality drops and the food is poorly made, but it is a McDonald’s so I didn’t expect much. Overall it’s a great cheap food place if you’re a young
Teen.

This McDonald’s is infested With cockroaches nasty place I went there this morning and I was waiting for my order I saw a cockroach in the floor near front counter !!! it’s nasty imagine the kitchen !!!

Nice place for go-​to breakfast in the neighborhood.
People are nice and when there’re a lot of people, they deliver the meal to us. Plenty of parking and the food is at average speed

Yea I did it. I gave Mick-​E-​Dees 4 stars. See, here is a little secret. This McDs was a testing site for many items before it hits the public. It was one of a handful of McCafes before McCafe took off. It is where I had my first Iced Coffee and the only McDs that had iced coffee in the area. Out of all the fastfood places McDs coffee and hot choccy is the best.
Yea I know the food here is not the healthiest, but every now and then I crave some Chicken Nuggets and fries.
Drive thru can get busy. I always double check my bag before I take oft to make sure everything is there.
I am not a huge fan of Mcds but this location rocks! !

Used drive through. Ordered breakfast number 10. Ordering voice was pleasent and clear. Rep at first window was nice and easy to understand. Food was ready fast at second window. Girl at that window seemed distracted and when she talked it was away from me so hard to hear. Overall good visit.

This place is dirty! Not one table was clean and the place was practically empty! It’s very disappointing considering this is our neighborhood McDonald’s! Management needs to do something! No wonder the ratings are terrible!

EXCELLENT customer service! Magdalena is great! Very sweet and friendly. She was working the floor and brought ppl’s orders right to the table they were sitting at. Even offered to bring ketchup! First time I ever see this at a McDonalds. Was not expecting this. Amazing customer service skills!

We have had multiple experiences where they get our order wrong, cups with lids that fall off onto our lap, give you hamburger patties where the grease seeps through and gets all over your clothing and the wait in the drive thru is horrendous and especially when there is new people that work there whether they work in the drive thru or inside I have had to repeat my order numerous times.

Wow this place had the fastest and best service at a McDonald’s that I have ever had before. Good job ladies keep up the good work. I don’t live in the area and happen to be here to take care some business and wanted to stop by to get a quick ice coffee and I was in and out of this place in two minutes. And surprisingly enough during breakfast rush-​hour.

Needed something very quick. Drive thru line was ridiculous. I parked and went inside and the line inside had 3 – 4 people ahead of me. My order was taken and got my food in about 5 minutes.
The employees seemed flustered with all the orders coming in.

The soda bar is always full of fruit flies, you would think they would get rid of the problem one day, but it’s been like this since the first time I ate here 6 months ago.

This review is for the drive through only.
Past 3 times I’ve gone, they have forgotten something in my order… My usually shorter than 3 items order… maybe it’s the universe telling me to stop eating McDonalds or maybe this location sucks.

Once again always dissapoint… my fries were cold as I waited for my mcflurry to be Made! So needless to say son only ate his messy burger!

I visit this location periodically, and learned that you’d better check your order to make sure it’s what you paid for. For the umpteenth time, they got my order wrong today. I checked my wife’s sandwich (it was wrong), but failed to check my own. Until I got home. Dang. Do the double check.

Only mc donalds with fish filet fridays!!! Yay i waited all week for this moment! I ran around everywhere trying to find where i saw that sign finally here!

First and last time I will go to this location. Drive through personnel are rude and impatient. If you don’t like your job then find another one. Way to leave a good impression people.

The worst McDonald’s ever! Always a mistake with an order. Just had an incident tonight. A double quarter pounder has 2 patties on it, not one! And when asked if I’d be getting 2 fresh patties or just one added, they were shocked that I asked for 2 fresh patties! Fuck this place. I walked out without my food. Keep my money you dumb fucks. I won’t ever be back!

This location, amongst several other company factors, is why I never eat at McDonalds anymore — In one word: DISGUSTING.
I walked in late morning, no line, and plenty of workers behind the counter — In fact, two cashiers and a manager/​supervisor were standing right there (manager/​super were dealing with another customer)! I walk up, knowing exactly what I want (a soda cup), and I’m told to wait — I actually had a question, but the cashier just zoned out and watched the interaction between a customer and the manager/​supervisor (other cashier walked off immediately). Now I was in no rush, but to be completely ignored by a cashier for several minutes, so that she can watch a really not all that interesting conversation? She (eventually) answered my question and I got my soda cup.
Lo and behold, the soda machine area is unbelievably disgusting. Ice and liquids on the floor and all over the counter, lids in wrong sections and all over the place, straws picked and flung everywhere — I didn’t want to touch anything, let alone set my cup down to put a lid on (I also made sure to step lightly, for fear of slipping — Would’ve been a nice lawsuit, if I was one of those jerks). A worker was mopping a completely arbitrary area /​near/​the soda fountain, but I had watched him the whole time (had nothing else to do whilst being ignored), and he was basically just pushing dirty water in a 2×2 foot area, instead of actually cleaning something dirty (like the soda area, trash-​laden tables, etc.). He then WALKED OFF — There was STILL plenty of mopping to do (e.g., the soda and other liquids I’m LITERALLY STANDING IN).
So I get my soda, and zingo! It’s flat. They’re all flat. I tried every single dispenser. I think ‘screw it’ and just get /​something/​, and leave a nice sticky trail of soda footprints out the door, because apparently nobody feels the need to do their job (or keep carbination on a /​Friday/​). I’ve worked in grunt (retail) positions for 8 years — I know it sucks, and the pay is crap, I’ve been there and done that, but at the very least, do your freaking job! Sad thing is, that’s not even the worst experience I’ve had at a McDonalds, let alone this location.
