Just purchased 2 Reuleaux RX200, Nebox, and a cherry bomber mechanical mod from this location and the service was awesome. Hassan was very patient and was willing to show us multiple products without pressure. Even after we purchased some items he was willing to let us choose something else when one of us was having second thoughts about the mod we purchased. I have a usual vape shop that I use but this one was on my way home so I stopped in. He had a set that I was interested in, a very basic one but for the time being I just got an Aspire tank. I used that tank for about a week before I decided to go back and just get the set. I paid 40 for it and that weekend (two days after purchasing) the tank broke. I mean it just came apart, I didn’t drop it and I’m not rough with my vapes. I went back to the store the day after the tank broke and asked if there was something he could do, he just looked at and said, oh they’re really fragile. Ok. So I left and it’s been about three or four weeks. Then the battery won’t screw in anymore, I take it to my regular shop and they told me he sold me a jacked up battery, it was completely stripped. Just now the battery completely fell apart and the Aspire tank I had gotten there stopped working too, I don’t know where he gets his product from but it’s just awful. I’ll just stick to my favorite store.
This place is the worst. If I could do less than one star, I would.
