Brought in a Wii and Wrek-it-ralph game that where un opened from Christmas. the Jerk at the counter(long black curly hair and goatee) took a look at my receipt and told me that I was out of the holiday return period and he would give me $ 35 credit for it with attitude I should sell it on craigslist. This will be my last purchase from gamestop, they have been cool in the past but this time enough is enough. I much rather spend my money at other places like Fry’s or best buy who will work with their customers if they miss their return period.

I’m new to the whole video game thing as I was worried about my husband getting hooked on it or our oldest boy. But when the Wii came out, I bought one for my family, plus my daughter got a Nintendo DS. So let’s just say that I’ve become familiar with this place. The staff is knowledgable and has always been very helpful. I’ve asked all sorts of stupid questions and they have never made me feel stupid. They always made recommendations to save me money and get the best deal. When I’ve asked about whether a game is good or not they have been honest with me with their own experience or what they have heard. I love Gamestops pre-sale of new games. Their phone system calls you the day before and lets you know all the exact information. As you can expect, if you go here on a weekend or holiday, it is packed and there might be a wait but it goes by quickly. It is always fun to talk to the other parents in line. The funny part for me is to watch grown men come in with a bag full of video games to trade in, knowing that they are doing it for themself and not thier kids. Good product, great deals, stellar service for a place typically filled with screaming kids and video junkie adults! Don’t miss out Cypress!
