This place is awesome the staff is friendly and the service is quality and quick. they use natural cleaners that don’t leave that chemical cleaning smell. This place is a must go to for dry cleaning.

With cheap prices come cheap services. Brought a crêpe dress for a dry clean. Still has sparkle from the aluminum ingredient in underarm deodorant. Brought it back was told they already did a cleaning. No apology. Okay. Charged me to do additional cleaning. This time the dress is completely clean. Brought in a matte satin dress for dry cleaning. Came back a shiny satin. Not too bad there. Rather pretty actually and that opened my eyes up to what different finishing techniques can be done to the same fabric after a dry cleaning. But it also tell me the cleaners were not observant. In this situation it was okay in others being not observant will be akin to going to a hairstylist for a trim and going home with a different do. And this dress was steamed with its lining at the same time probably to save time. The lining created a crease in the outer/​top layer. Kept arguing with me that this result was acceptable. Yeah, if I am doing it myself at home and I am lame, not if I am paying. Who want the inside seam to show up on the outside like a leaf project in kindergarten where you place paper over a leaf and crayon over it to get the impression of the leaf’s spine. Did not offer to fix the problem just argued away. What kind of ding dong service is that.

For my first visit they were incredibly nice and made everything bey convenient for me. I did the same day service and it was he biggest relief to have everything done well, and on time.

I am so glad that I found Cypress Natural Cleaners! My clothes come back good as new and I love that they are natural and don’t use harsh chemicals. The service is great and I plan on being a repeat customer.

I’ve started using this place about 2 months ago and have been absolutely pleased with their service. I always am greeted with a warm and friendly attitude from Reggie. My clothes have always turned out perfectly pressed and cleaned.

I was a very happy customer for about a year until they ruined a dress. My dress was hardly worn, the fabric now has fuzz all over the dress, as if it was worn for ten years. When I said something, the owner got defensive and did not even offer to refund the $$$ he charged to «dry clean» the dress.

Called Reggie this morning about drycleaning 3 winter coats for my wife to leave for our holiday trip. Reggie committed to get them done for us same day! He has always been cheerful and kind in addition to delivering a quality service. Highly recommend.

First time here, and based on their superior customer service and awesome cleaning job, I will definitely be back. You guys just gained a new loyal customer. All of my dress shirts came back flawless, and the fact that they use non-​hazardous materials/​liquids, the better. Keep up the good work u guys!

I really like the service and cleaning here. They are very clean and give your clothes back very neatly and organized. It’s convenient and fast turn around time. Stains and tough spots they can get out really well. I recommend them very highly.

Owner was very courteous and kind and tailored my suits! He did a great job and it looks awesome. They were very prompt. However, he did charge me for something that I didn’t ask him to do. I believe every consumer has their right to know what’s being charged. But other than that it was a good experience.

They do great work here without chemicals! Very important since I’m sensitive to everything. Clothes are always ready when they say they should be and everyone is very friendly here.

Good service for the cleaning. They were able to remove the white stains on my suit. The attendant was very helpful when my wife had her gown altered. Will definitely come back.

I sent a suit there for clean and the owner applied some new customer discount and welcomed me warmly. I dropped it off on Friday and got it back on Monday. The suit and pant are all clean and the stains there were all removed. They will give it back to you with some hanger and cover to bring home too.

Walked in one day wanting an alteration on some pants and I also asked if a curtain could be cut down in size and hemmed. The man helping us out was super friendly and offered advice and answered all of our questions. It was nice to have someone so nice ans helpful. I’ll definitely come back!

This place is outstanding! You will not be disappointed if you get you clothes cleaned here. They do quality work and have great customer service.

Tip for consumers: Do NOT wash or attempt to remove stains!!! Bring it here and they should be able to get it out.
I found this place about four years ago and when I lived near there they dry cleaned quite a few garments for me. Paid a little more and never got discounts, but overall it was good service there. Plus, I drop my shoes off at Lee’s Shoe Repair across the parking lot. So for me, it was a one-​stop area. Lol.
Recommendation: Loyalty card for those of us that could fill up say 8 stamps/​signatures get 9^th free. Why not 10^th? Cuz small businesses need to be competitive. ;-)

I’ve been looking around for a nice dry cleaners for a while and the fact that this one was branded as «environmentally friendly», which I like. Upon walking inside, my brother and I were greeted with a huge smile and exceptional service. The man at the counter was very informational when answering all of our questions. For an organic cleaners, I thought the prices were very reasonable. I’ve taken the same gown to another dry cleaners a couple months ago and Cypress Natural Cleaners charged me ten dollars less than what the other cleaners charged me. The location is easy to find and the cleaners itself looks very neat and organized. I will definitely be back, no doubt about it!

Looked to my fellow Unilocalers because I was in desperate need of a same day dry cleaners. I was going to try another one but they had bad reviews so I elected to try this place as they had great ratings and comments from you all. I am so thankful I listened. The owner was so friendly and nice. When I called he was very nice. When I went in to drop off my clothes he told me my clothes would be ready around 4 or later. He personally called me around 230 and said «I’m just calling to let you know your clothes are ready». Talk about great customer service! Bonus, they are an organic cleaners too! I will come here from now on. The prices were a bit more than I usually pay but since I was desperate I would have paid whatever. I will come here from now on. The customer service is great and that goes a long way. So happy I found this place. FYI. They are closed Sundays.

Great concept and really friendly customer service. For the quality and «environmentally friendly» organic cleaning service really well priced. Would definitely recommend trying this cleaners out next time you need some dry cleaning!

Absolutely the best Dry Cleaner around! Reggie the owner always has a smile for me when I walk in. He accommodates if I need a piece cleaned quickly. We have been to almost every cleaner in town and they are far and above the best!
They have also done alterations for me and they have always done an excellent job, matching the original hem and all.
