I had a wonderful experience visiting this location for the first time today. Store manager was extremely nice, took the time to answer all my questions and treated me to a sample of an amazing cheesecake Apple. The prices were extremely reasonable and the treats were delightful. I will never again pass this location without purchasing something delicious for myself, family or friends. Perfect Valentine’s Day treat for my daughters. I highly recommend you visiting this location.

The variety chocolate, apples and fruit slices are delicious. But WORST experience ever!!! Since this business opened 2009 or 2010 I have visited it four times, each time reluctant because the previous time was not a good experience. This last time was the fourth and final attempt. The employees are not customer service oriented – it is best described as a Bad Attitude or flat out rude and, do not expect a Thank You! Handing over the cash and walking away is not the customer service a customer should expect. On Saturday 11÷14÷15 my final visit there, the short women that indicated she was the manager was super rude. They must have been sitting in the folding chairs that were hauled to the back as I looked at the chocolate. That manager and another employee(Erica) who apparently works at Tommy Hilfiger at the same outlet were carrying on a conversation about her schedule the following Saturday… all this time NO consideration for the customer. It is also worth mentioning that as Erica was slicing my apple her long hair that was not tied back and flinging everywhere – could be in your chocolate one day. Long and short, I will never send my $$$$ in this shop. But, I would highly recommend Godiva at this outlet or Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory. Both of these stores train their employee to be courteous.

Walked in and the two young ladies were sitting on the counters. I asked for assistance with their candy apples and they seemed to bothered to help. The young lady cut my apple, which was nice, but she had a terrible attitude. Apple was good but zero stars for service.

I came in hoping to buy dark chocolate covered almonds but they ran out. Their workers were apologetic about that so I went over to their shelf and saw that they had pre-packaged dark chocolate almonds. So I bought them and left the store. It wasn’t until I ate one at home that I discovered it was dark chocolate covered raisins! The bag clearly had a sticker that said it was almonds but obviously it wasn’t. That’s just pure false advertising.

I HATESWEETS! I’ve just never been a real fan of them, BUT The Chocolate Crocodile has NAILEDIT! I CANNOTSAYENOUGHGREATTHINGSABOUTTHEM. The freshest apples with the best ingredients. I always get the cheesecake apple, I don’t always eat it all at once. Even after I put it in the fridge for a few days it tastes the same as the first day I bought it. BESTPLACEEVER. I will be visiting today!

Stopped here for a snack with The Boy while shopping the outlet. We split a Heath Bar Monster Apple — basically a caramel apple, dipped in chocolate, covered in Heath bar. They cut it up for you if you ask, which makes it a lot more manageable. Oh man was it delicious. At $ 10, it’s the most I’ve ever paid for an apple, monster or no, but it was totally worth it.

I always get the monster apple which is delicious. My favorite is the cheesecake apple which is awesome because it has graham cracker crumbs covered on top. My husband loves the snicker and nut covered apples. Yummy. The apples are a bit expensive but they are worth it. $ 8 for a monster.
