These apartments are all right at best.
Pros:
–The grounds is pretty well kept by the staff, they do a great job.
–Maintenance is pretty on top of things, they fixed stuff in my apartment right away.
–The actual apartment is rather roomy and the closets are quite large.
–Most of the people here are pretty friendly.
–Connections for own Washer/Dryer, yay.
–The location and ease of access to major freeways.
Cons:
–Certainly not the quietest place, the kids upstairs from us like to play loud music and stomp/run around. It was pretty easy for the most part to hear my neighbors.
–Parking gets complicated if you come back at night, but can be doable.
–Getting into the complex can be a hassle sometimes since you’ll need to make a left turn on a busy street.
–The appliances in the apartments are quite old. Some either broke down or needed to be repaired.
Nice place to start out, but not to stay at for a long time.
