Baskin-Robbins 31 Ice Cream Stores

Stopped by here after a trip to target. The ice cream here is amazing. They have so many different flavors. Something for everyones taste.
I got the strawberry cheesecake and it has little pieces of actual cheesecake in it. It was a delicious after dinner treat!

This is the second time in the last few weeks we have come to get ice cream and they were closed early. First time was about 30 minutes early, this time 1 hour early. I guess the hours on the door of this Baskin Robbins are up for interpretation! ! I guess the one on Ball and Bloomfield gets our business from now on

This is my go to spot when I’m shopping at Target (which is all the time!) and have a sweet tooth. I’ve been coming here since I was a little kid, and the service and flavors never disappoint :)

This has been my favorite Baskin-​Robbins for as long as I can remember.
My last visit was on ⁰⁴⁄₂₀. The staff was courteous and let me sample whatever I want. They also suggested flavors for me to try since I’ve gotten to know them.
I usually order Rainbow Sherbet, but this time tried out the Wild & Reckless Sherbet as suggested and wasn’t disappointed. Anyone who loves green apple should try this out.
I would definitely recommend this place to others!

I have always been a fan of Baskin Robbins ice cream.
Boyfriend & I try to come here every time after our trip to Target. We came in on ⁵⁄₂.
Homegirl with the false lashes and caked on make up clearly doesn’t like her job (can you act like it though?) we were next in line and the two people in front of us were walking out, this particular girl yells across the shop, «can you close the door? Please?!?» Uh, unprofessional. Tell us to wait up a minute and close the damn door yourself. Very rude to the customer.
I asked to try a sample of their chocolate chip cookie dough ice cream. Under her breath, she says, «it tastes just like cookie dough.» Ummm, I know but I have tried many different versions. How do you know if it’ll be the same or not?! Girl…
Anyways, I asked for A SCOOP and with an attitude (surprise! –_​-​) she says, «oh, you mean a single ?» WHAT THE HECK??? Same thing, don’t give me a stink face!
I do love this location but she needs to work on her customer service.

Friendly staff! Great location. I love their flavors of the month, and I’m a real sucker for their ice cream cakes. Mmmmm

Pistachio has always been my favorite =)

I’ve been a customer ever since I was a kid. My grandpa would take me and get me a malt… My mom and dad, too on special nights they wanted to surprise and reward us kids. I have a lot of fond memories. I continue to stop by especially during Love Potion #31 season, and I always get friendly and prompt attention. Compared to other 31 flavors, this store is generous with portions and has really fresh product. I highly recommend!

Never thought I would leave a review for a chain like Baskin-​Robbins, but really thought they went above and beyond in terms of service and hospitality.
I was hosting a huge 40 person birthday party at my house. I had the food, the plates, the utensil and had ordered a HUGE cake at a local bakery. Right when everything was set to begin, my buddy tells me that the bakery messed up our cake order and someone else had picked up my order. I was in a bind.
After calling around some bakeries, they said that it would take at least a good while to fill the size order I needed. So that’s when I thought of Baskin-​Robbins. I’ve had cakes from there before, but I never ordered it.
When I called to tell them about my situation, they were SUPER HELPFUL and super understanding about the mishap. They said that given that our party was about to start, they said they would expedite it right away! They were that awesome!
Everyone loved the great birthday cake!

Love coming here! I consider it the local ice cream shop. I make it a habit to stop by every time I go to target. I have been coming here for years, I have always had a great experience. This is my go to place for for all my birthday cake needs!
I always feel welcomed when I when I come here, they always have my favorite ice cream in stock, chocolate chip!!!

I ordered an ice cream cake and it was so easy! They told me that they’d be able to add flowers to my cake and I would have never thought of that! I went to pick it up the day of and the girl there was so nice! The moment I walked in she was attentive, even though she had other people there. She got the cake and she even insisted I see it and it was so cute! She was so nice! I’ll def come here again! :)

Poor customer service! Went in when they opened at 11am to order an ice cream cake. Employee stated it takes 3 – 4 hours to make the cake I wanted since it wasn’t in the display case. So I asked when it could be ready and she says 6 or 7pm? Ummm I thought 3 – 4 hours would make it like 3pm? Lame teenagers don’t know or haven’t been trained by the owners. Won’t be back to this location in the future.

No waiting tonight. .stopped by gamestop and ice cream sounded good… new flavor maui chocolate. Mmmmm frickin great… girl working there very nice and offered free samples too… great employee. .clean new place and great girl server…

I used to go here all the time until I found out they overcharge customers and falsely advertise their prices. I bought 2 pre-​packed quarts of ice cream, which was advertised using a sign of the freezer, at 2 for $ 10.99. I was charged 2 for $ 11.98 at checkout. When I asked the employee, Kat, about it; her response was, «it’s been doing that for a while now, the manager Alex must of raised the prices.» I asked her if she was going to honor the advertised price and she said No, but would tell the manager to take down the sign. I can’t believe you would run a business like this.
