Amazing Pools & Spas

Amazing Pools & Spas was just fantastic. I needed my SwimSpa cleaned prior to my 35^th wedding anniversary celebration & the original pool service did not show up to clean my pool as promised. Amazing Pools sent Robert out as soon as they could to do the initial cleaning & chemistry for the pool on Friday, Oct. 10, 2014. He said to call if the SwimSpa didn’t entirely clear up by Saturday. We called on Saturday & were a little worried when Amazing Pools answering machine stated that they were closed on the weekend. However, they were true to their word & sent out Rory to finish getting the pool to clear up & chemically balance. So when we had our anniversary party on Sunday the SwimSpa looked fantastic & the kids had fun playing in it. Since this SwimSpa is the focal point of our backyard it was essential that it look & perform at its most spectacular. Amazing Pools accomplished this feat. We are going to sign them up to be our regular pool maintenance service. ;-))))

I have had a great experience with this company and would highly recommend Amazing Pools and Spas. The owners are very knowledgable and answer any questions I have with prompt replies. It is refreshing to know that there are still companies like this out there that provide quality work and exude professional integrity. Highly recommended!!!

Worst service ever! They didn’t even show up multiple times to clean the pool. Worst customer service. I would not recommend this place to anybody.

Back in the day, Amazing Pools was really good. They did a thorough job and came regularly to clean the family pool. When the company changed to Amazing Pools & Spas, it slowly went on a downward spiral having pool men not show up, claim they did, and still bill for a month’s worth of work. Toward the end, when they did manage to show up, they were gone in 15 – 20 minutes. Granted, we don’t live in snooty Anaheim Hills but our money is just as green as anyone elses. If our location is out of your coverage area, recommend someone who will do as good a job as you used to. Don’t do your customer the disservice of ignoring their needs and then tell them it’s going to cost a lot of extra money to get the pool back in shape. My neighbor across the street used this company and he found a new and improved pool man that does a thorough job and cares about the customer. We are now using the same pool man and he has done a great job in cleaning up the mess left by Amazing Pools & Spas. Check out the picture of how APS left our pool and that will speak volumes. Highly recommend any other pool service other than this company.

I used them for 2 years until I recently got a pool fence for my 2 yr old. The person that came to service my pool left the fence wide open and I didn’t know until I found my dog in the pool. I was very lucky it wasn’t my child that can’t swim. I talked to them about the issue and it was promised that they would only use the self closing gate in the future to avoid this issue. The following 2 weeks the pool guy continued to NOT use the self closing gate, and when I asked him about it he had a negative attitude. I called and left the owners a message and sent them an email about this, and nobody called me back. As a matter of fact they never call back with any issues. If you want a company you can get ahold of I def don’t suggest this one. In general I really liked the owners, they were very nice. However, when it comes to a serious issue I didn’t even get a 2 minute call back as a courtesy. So I canceled my service.

Ray and Shaun take swimming pool service seriously. They are licensed contractors with the CSLB. They are also Certified Pool Operators (CPO) with the National Swimming Pool Foundation (NSPF), they are also Certified Instructors with the NSPF. This means they actually train and certify the best swimming pool companies in Southern California. They also belong to the National Plasters Council (NPC).
If you want a company that takes safety and education seriously but charges the same rates as your normal pool company then this is the pool service company for you.
