AAXU 99 Cents Up & Less Discount

I pass this store many times since it’s in my neighborhood but rarely patronize this 99 cents store since there are many near by.
However, 2 days before Christmas I came in here looking for children’s coloring books because I was to meet a mother and her young son on Christmas Eve. Even though I don’t know what the toddler’s interests are I figured coloring books and some crayons would be a token gift for a child I barely know. from my church.
They had a few coloring books and coloring and activity books. I picked up one coloring book, one coloring and activity book and a box of Crayola crayons (24 colors I believe). I also picked up a small gift bag to put them all in.
There was very few customers in the store at the time (mid-​day) so I had no wait. Everything came up very cheap (a bit over $ 5).
The kid was happy with it and both he and the mother thanked me.
