Easily the worst Starbucks I’ve been to. As I write this I am sitting by the drive-thru window watching three employees do nothing. I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt the first few times I came here, but this place will make you wait no matter what. PS I had time to edit this post

Went here after a day at the Deering Estate, complete let down. Our white chocolate mochas were more like burnt espresso water held together on a fancy holiday cup. Wish I would’ve withheld tip until upon tasting, never had this type of experience with Starbucks.

My all time favorite Starbucks . Let’s start by saying how convenient the drive thru is !!! Smartest decision that Starbucks ever made to help out the coffee lovers that are on the run . The staff in this Starbucks is always friendly, professional and greet the costumes by name. Coffee orders are always made to perfection. The premises are clean and organized.

Worst customer service ever!!! The girl at the cashier was so distracted she got my order wrong and the girl making the coffee got mad that she did it wrong. Finally they made right and my coffee tasted like steamed milk it had no flavor.

I’ve been to this Starbucks multiple times and they can never get my coffee right. The coffee a lot of the time taste old or burnt. Not good. Worst Starbucks. I went back to change it and I got the same crap back.

Always hit or miss with this one. They either destroy my drink or they’re on the money. The only baristas who get my drink right are the shift supervisors or store managers. They should really work on training their baristas better. Other than that, store is located off of US-1 and has a drive-thru, so it’s convenient.

Will never go back. Two visits in a row they have made my coffee incorrectly. The girl behind the counter(same girl both times) gave me a horrible attitude when I asked her to fix it. Both times it was because the cashier did not write the correct info on the cup. Not only is this location slow, the service is awful., especially when you’re paying $ 5 for a cup of coffee! I’ll stick to Southland Mall. Never. Again. Be warned!

clean facilities inc the bathrooms. friendly staff. great baristas. conveniently located on marlin and US1 well stocked with goodies from coffees and teas to all the accessories you need to get your favorite drink on. drive thru is pretty quick on most days. the outside seating is nicely shaded even at noon because of the way it situated i guess. so what’s not to like?!? it is worth trying it out if you live in the area or happen to be in the area and need a caffeine fix or a snack!

This Starbucks is painfully slow. The drive through takes forever. On a good day it may take 10 mins otherwise I have waited 25 minutes didn’t have a choice I was stuck in the drive thru line so I had to wait it out. The staff is ok slow, lack know how constantly questioning how drinks are made. I visit this location because its closer to my house but the mall store is way better. This store employees could do with more training.

I have visited this store a handful of times and each time I’ve gone, the drive-thru is always slow. «Slow» is actually an understatement. It’s more like«watching grass grow» slow. Be prepared to wait at least 10 minutes in the drive-thru on a good day. The last time I ordered from the drive-thru, my frappucino came out watery so today, I decided to walk into the store to place my order. Big mistake. I was delighted to see there was only one party ahead of me and I was assisted right away. I attempted to order a Caramel Brulee Frappucino but was informed they ran out of the ingredients to make it. I then tried to order a Caramel Mocha Frappucino and was again informed they didn’t have the ingredients. I settled on a Caramel Frappucino and crossed my fingers they had the ingredients needed. I also ordered a Strawberries n Crème Frappucino. I paid at exactly 1:37pm and proceeded over to the barista station to wait for my order. This is where I viewed the complete disorganization that existed at this location. There was one person working drive-thru, two people working the inside cashiers(and since I got assisted right away, there didn’t seem to be a need for two people to be working two registers), and one person working as barista making drinks. The man who was the barista was unable to keep up with the amount of drinks being ordered. I watched as he hustled and rushed through each drink. I finally saw my cups in his hands ready to be prepared when he turned and informed me that they didn’t have the strawberry needed for the Strawberries n Crème. At this time it was 1:49; I placed my drink order over 10 minutes earlier. I had remained patient up until that point, waiting over 10 minutes for drinks, only to find out once again, they lacked the appropriate ingredients needed to make the drink. I instead decided to order a Vanilla Frappucino. I expressed my frustration to the barista who didn’t seem to know how to handle customer dissatisfaction. I then asked for his manager’s name. I finally got my drinks at 1:50pm; 13 minutes after placing my order. I got into my car to leave, and attempted to drink the frappucinos. The caramel one was completely watered down, so now reflecting on my previous experience, I realize that it’s not because the drinks sit around but because they cannot make them properly. Unfortunately the Vanilla Frappucino was also prepared improperly with too little milk and the ice wasn’t crushed enough, so I basically had milk flavored ice that I couldn’t even drink. I was left with such a bad taste in my mouth, no pun intended, by the experience at this Starbucks. Until the problems are resolved, I will not go back to this Starbucks. I will instead choose to drive farther to alternate, less convenient locations where I can receive the quality of product and quality of service that Starbucks stands for.

Worst. Starbucks. Ever! This Starbucks is located along S. Dixie Hwy in Cutler Bay, in the same plaza as a grocery store and a few other businesses. I stopped here on a Wednesday at around 5:15 p.m. After a long drive down here from Ft. Lauderdale, the first thing I needed was a potty break. Denied, bathrooms have a numerical lock on them. The woman waiting for the ladies room told me to try combination«12345» and it should let me enter. It worked. Less creative than a bicycle lock combination! When I returned to the counter, there were 2 people in line ahead of me waiting to give their orders, and there were 4 employees behind the counter, but no one waiting on customers. Finally after a few minutes’ wait, one of the staff walked over, apologized and took their orders and then took mine as well. After she labeled our cups with our names and our drink of choice, she sat them on the counter next to where they make the drinks. Next to 5 other labeled but still empty cups. With no one there to operate the machine and make the orders. From what I could tell, they had one woman working the front counter and registers, a guy working the drive-up window, another guy wandering aimlessly and not doing much of anything, and a 4th employee who simply walked behind the counter and then back into the kitchen. Over and over. After about 5 minutes of the staff bumbling around and whomever was available making the drink orders, the woman who originally waited on me walked over, called my name and handed me my cappuccino. The 2 people who gave their orders ahead of me? They were still sitting there and waiting. As I passed by, they both stared daggers at me. I frowned, apologized that I got my drink before they’d received theirs, I stirred some sugar into my cup and got out of there as quickly as I could before being lynched by the other customers who were still(surprisingly patiently) waiting.
