Good local place. Nothing to write home to but the pizza comes out pretty quickly and the bar is usually full. Just be aware during the week it’s filled with tons of kids after school and/or sports, so you may have parking and seating issues. There’s picnic tables outside which is nice but I probably would just order to go or sit at bar after 9pm

Closed. Went by today for lunch. Sign on the door says«will reopen mid march» under a new name, italian something or other. OMG. No more $ 10 Tuesday pizza special. No more Greek salad. No more perky lady to serve us and bring a smile to our faces. Gone, zip, closed. Sniff. I miss them already!

Fun setting, nice people, great fries, bad pizza. The fun setting makes this local restaurant seem like its been around for ages. The staff were nice and very accommodating to the birthday party on one side of us and the soccer team on the other side. We didn’t have any problem with the service. The fries are great – thin and crispy. I was pleased to see on the menu that they serve locally produced meat from Fergusons. That might account for the odd sausage mentioned in other reviews. It wasn’t that flavorful, but I’d forgive that if it’s local. But the rest of the pizza was bad: We ordered the Sicilian(large rectangle). The crust was dry and bland – think crunchy cardboard. The server said the crust was the same as the round pizzas. If they could fix that and offer better sauce, we might return.

Nice staff, delivery times are good. The wings are above average, but I’m have to admit I’m not a fan of their pizza. It’s not bad by any means, I’m just not biggest fan.

Worst dining experience ever. After 25 min the waitress brought my daughter’s meal. 20 min later after talking to the manager I finally got my cold turkey burger, my wife’s cold dead chicken wrap and my son’s hot pizza. While the manager told us, ‘we make everything fresh, 45 min is what to expect for good food’, the truth was they were backed up with pizza deliveries due to the UGA game and they let the rest of food die while we and the rest of the place waited on pizzas. Worst yet, one waitress was rude when we asked for the manager and while his restaurant was in the weeds he was out FRONT on a smoke break. Our actual waitress ignored us the entire time. Our meal was free, which was actually over priced.

We tried not to listen to the reviews about bad service, but it’s true :((Terrible service, took over an hour and a half to get a pizza. People were walking out of the place left and right, tired of waiting. Kids crying from waiting so long. No manager in sight apologizing. It’s too bad. I’m sure the pizza is good. I’d wait for«under new management» sign before I’d ever go back.

This was by far the worst pizza I have ever had. Crust was not even near being cooked. It is a shame because we just moved to the area and the Vickery location is great.

You’re better off with a Tombstone pizza… it’ll taste much better, I promise! The service was slow but I think she was new.

Based on the pizza I give it 4 stars, but probably 2 stars for service. When it is run by a bunch of high school kids I don’t expect much, but if I ask for something 3 times and you still bring me sweet vs. unsweet tea that is not cool, especially since I am diabetic. The pizza was delicious, although very salty(but that is to be expected with pepperoni and italian sausage… etc.). Crust is crunchy and doughy in all the right places. I would definitely eat there again. This was our first time there, so I have not tried anything but the pizza. I don’t think you should charge for a salad that is a few bagged greens and stale croutons out of a box with dressing in individual portions. See Alessio’s for what a great side salad should be(especially the Bacon Vinegarette). They had live music which would normally be great, but the singer was way flat and super loud to the point that you could not hear yourself think if you were sitting outside. I don’t want to be too hard on them because the pizza was great, so definitely will eat there again. I would suggest they work on improving the table service, though.

I just ate here yesterday for lunch. Being from the Northeast I like pizza a certain way. Since I’ve been in Georgia I haven’t found a great pizza besides Antico and Vingenzo’s, both of which are a drive and pricey. It was great to find a pizza place who does it right, thin crust, a little greasy, yet the cheese is quality and doesnt let it fall apart! Perfect for my taste, I’ll be back!

Is pizza really that hard to make? Sauce has no flavor. Crust is bland. I have tried multiple sandwiches and sides and there is nothing worth eating on the menu. I keep trying in hopes that it will be better. Very frustrating. Why can’t anyone in south Forsyth make a decent pie.

Something has happened to their pizza, it used to be thin great sauce cooked to perfection it is now doughy, clumps of cheese, totally different pizza we have tried it twice thinking that maybe they had a bad night, very disappointed

I cannot eat the pizza here anymore, I am not sure what changed but it is not as good as it once was. That being said, I had the classic Italian after our young waitress suggested it, and I was pleasantly surprised. It came out warm, with the cheese oozing out. I requested fries which resembled the over cooked shoe string variety. I used to eat here all of the time and loved their pizza, but in the last few years they have gone done hill. I do not know if it is a result of their using local produce/meats or what… Their wings are pretty tasty and I am giving this place three stars just because I can always find something to fill my belly, even if it isn’t their namesake.

My husband LOVES their burger! He says its a Top 5 burger that he has ever had, and he is an expert. I love that we have such a wide variety for delivery. Their salads, wraps and sandwiches are all good but the garlic knots are my weakness.

Sidney’s is a family pizza joint appealing to the many families in the area that have kids in local softball, baseball, football and soccer teams. It is a good restaurant with great salads and a decent pizza. It is a very casual eatery with tables inside and out, with always at least one table filled with a boisterous kid team fresh from a practice or game. Haphazard sports décor abounds with an emphasis on local teams. Service here is spotty, with young servers who really are not trained on customer care. My last lunch there I waited over 40 minutes for two slices and no apology. Overall a good place to take the family out, where kids can be kids, adults can drink beer, and you can enjoy a nice Georgia evening.

The inmates were running the asylum! Three star Pizza and 1-star service. This is truly a neighborhood pizza and casual restaurant place in the Vickery neighborhood of Cumming. The concept is exactly what the nighborhood needed but when I visited there one summer eve it was clear to me that besides one or 2 adults the place was being run by kids. I’m sure they were old enough to work legally but they had no concept of getting paid to provide a value added service, thus more like«kids» than«young adults». Question: What does it take to provide the absolute worst service? Answer: Hire a bunch of local kids and expect it adds to the charm rather than teaching them the principals of customer service. The pizza was actually decent but we waited on everything, and then we waited some more. When your family decides to go out for pizza you do not expect its going to be a 2 ½-hour meal. We waited for almost 45 minutes before we received our bill after having asked for it, twice. Hopefully they’ve addressed the issue, otherwise the damn poor service will be buried by too few options in the neighborhood which results in steady business — but not from me. My advice; get it to go if at all.

Yummy pizza in cumming? Wow it is here:). Gooey, floppy, yummy! Been here 3 times and have been very pleased with the pizza and salads. The service has also been very helpful. It is also priced pretty well. Will return! Need to add that on Tuesday night large pizza with 2 toppings is only 10 bucks each. Sending out hubby right now for a pickup order.

I really like this place. The décor is sports themed and they have a huge plasma screen TV playing ESPN. This was great for me cause at the time it was playing Wimbledon so I got to catch up on a little tennis while having lunch with my daughter. I ordered their house salad and it came with a Feta Cheese Vinaigrette(house dressing). Very good. We split a medium pizza(Margarita style) — loved it. Service was great and it is extremely kid friendly. So, I used to only go to Sal’s Pizza in this area, but I think I found an equal competitor. This place also serves breakfast opening at 7:30am. This is good for those that live in Vickery perhaps. I will come back and try some of their entrees. Also, it’s great if you have kids then you can play in Vickery’s courtyard for a bit, grab ice cream and do a little shopping.

I heard a rumor so I went last night to check it out. It’s true! Sidney’s has added a new page to the menu of healthy options. Bulgur wheat and quinoa pilaf on a menu on Cumming, GA? LOVEIT! I have not seen this on a menu outside of vegetarian restaurants in LA. Our waitress told us owners Chari and Bill have been listening to public input and this menu is the result. Thanks Chari and Bill! I thought I’d brought a copy of the menu home with me but I didn’t. From memory, they have a veggie burger(whole grain bun optional), whole wheat pizza crust, and pizza by the slice. If you are watching your weight or are health conscious(as we all should be, tight?), give these new offerings a try.
