Huge thanks for the super quick response by Premier. Thanks for rescuing us as we couldn’t get out of our driveway after a huge pine fell across my front yard.

I have used Premier Tree Solutions twice and on both occasions I was extremely impressed. The estimates were scheduled quickly, the representative was timely, polite and easily identifiable, and the prices were better than I expected. I was present for the first job but felt completely comfortable letting the team do their work for the second. Careful and efficient work and the clean up was fantastic. Highly recommend.

Single worst vendor that I have had to deal with! Shoddy/​incomplete work, lack of professionalism by staff. Absolute country bumpkins! There are plenty of other vendors in the area to utilize for these types of services. After such a horrible experience Premier Tree is definitely NOT one that I would recommend

Another happy customer. I am so happy about the work your crew did today. They removed the 85 foot GA Pine from between my and my neighbor’s house. It was growing right next to a fence and in between two loved Dogwoods. You were able to keep the Dogwoods in tact, where the other companies warned that they would not make it through the ordeal. Now, it looks like a tree was never there. You also chopped the stump much lower then the other bids said they would. The ivy can easily overgrow it before next season. When I came home from work it’s as if nothing had happened. The clean up was incredible, the trees, bushes and grass were none the worse for the ware.
Your price was fantastic, the manners of your men were polite and respectful of me and property. I am recommending your company. Thank you very much.

This was top-​notch service at a great price. Juan and his crew easily accommodated our changes, and they did a marvelous job. We had 3 trees cut and 2 trees trimmed, one quite drastically. Clean-​up was very thorough and everything was perfect!

So we had a dying tree that was threatening the house. Called for a few quotes, and Torbott was the second to lowest. Wife managed to get then down a little bit from their original price, so we went with them.
I have to admit, I was fascinated by their process of tree removal. I was glued to it the entire time. This stuff has more drama and suspense than American Idol. Some poor schmuck draws the short straw and has to don the boots with spikes. Up the tree he goes with a chainsaw hanging from his belt. Now keep in mind that this isn’t your normal tree, it is a tree that could fall at any time, that’s why we were removing it. With the precision of a surgeon he removed each branch. The bigger ones required a rope to hold, which was carefully pulled through a V in the tree. It was artistry with a bit of sheer kahoneys on the part of the guy climbing.
But after a while I got bored watching and just went out for burgers. :-) But the best part… when we came back, the tree was gone. All limbs were gone, even the tiny ones. There was very little sawdust as they used the blower to blast it away. It was like they were never there, and like the tree was never there. Amazing. I’m considering hiring them to come back and remove my healthy trees, just so I can watch the spectacle again.
The worst part… I never got to meet the climbing man. I’d like to buy him a beer. He makes me look like a sissy, a girlie man. I work all day inside of a box with fabric-​covered walls. He risks life and limb, to remove limbs, all without a net. Gracias Amigo!
