I ordered iron balusters and other supplies. The order was received in 3 days — in perfect condition and correct quantity ! I have not seen this kind of perfection from any business.
Maybe I got lucky — but I credit the lady who took my order changes over the phone. I had a few corrections to my original on-​line order. B2G delivered !
The reason I’m writing such a raving review is because I researched a lot on how to change my stairs wood balusters with iron ones.
The local suppliers in Austin, TX have the balusters — but the cost would run me in $ 4K range. Very expensive. Home Depot and Lowes were not very expensive — but were expensive nonetheless (than online) and had no variety.
There were 3 or 4 online suppliers. And I was skeptical ordering online — since I did not get the feel for material by looking at the pictures. Also did not know how they would deliver or accuracy of order. B2G was great on prices and very good on selection. So I placed the order — and was a bit skeptical.
The order arrived — on time, in tact and exactly as ordered — down to the last adjustable knuckle !
I’ll go to these guys for my future needs and recommend to my friends.
