Never again. I wish I had gone to Sears and will never make this mistake again. Heads up, you’d be very sure of what you are to purchase because their return policy is extremely unclear.

My initial review really addressed this new store and the options that they had available. I recently returned to actually purchase a washer and dryer set that I had seen during my first visit. This review actually addresses the purchase and delivery process. This appliance duo was on special for a great price and there were just no other stores that even came close to the price that we eventually paid.
Things were a bit annoying when we initially went in because there was a lot going on in the store at the time and it wasn’t clear who was really assisting us. However, we did get things straightened out and were able to get our delivery scheduled for later in the week. Since they were delivering on the weekend, we asked to have the delivery made as early as possible.
The guys contacted us when they were on their way and delivered shortly before 9am. The guys were polite, professional and made us feel very comfortable. They were actually delivering this duo to my daughter’s new apartment and we were on hand just in case she needed us. There were no problems because they set up quickly, tested the machines and reviewed the paperwork with her. Everything was great and I was pleased as punch.
We will definitely be using this store again and would recommend this store to others. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience.
