Supercuts

I had such an amazing experience here this past weekend! I went in for a haircut and loved it! I have think long hair and Hilary gave me the best recommendations of what to do. There was also no awkward silent moments. She knew how to keep the appointment interesting! Definitely going back to her!

I had the worst haircut here. Her name was Tania or tanasha or something. Blonde w glasses. Because of recent allergies and scalp itching I hadn’t been using conditioner until I got one without chemicals. And the shampoo I was using was free and clear brand but made my hair so dry. She took a big Comb and kept SLAPPING it on my head and ripping it through my hair and totally harassing me for having dry hair even after I explained why. «don’t you condition?! You need to condition!» Slap! Rip! Over and over. It was so painful I finally said ow she says, «oh what are you tender headed?!» Um no you’re a psycho. I could have done it myself without that pain of the goddam slapping of the big stupid comb.
Then the haircut was garbage, not even on the sides and a total hack job. (Which my regular hairstylist confirmed when I could see her a few weeks after) I should have just left the second she slapped that comb into my scalp. I have never experienced this anywhere. Even if super cuts and places like it is where hair dressing school failures can get a job, there is no need for that attitude or poor treatment or lack of talent and class. Have some compassion or at least pretend to like your job.

I truly enjoy this location. The last time I went the girl doing my hair suggested a product that she wasn’t supposed to be pushing and I couldn’t be more happy. The product was great, my hair cut was perfect, and the hairdresser was nothing but pleasant. I’m glad I didn’t swear off this company just because of the bad experiences I’ve had at another one of their locations.
