I completely agree with another review that the Virginia Ave location can be a little suspect. I really hate to hold the clientele against this location. I typically visit this sheetz before and after working a 12 hour shift… the best part is I can order online from work and it’s ready when I stop on my way home. I appreciate the quality of the mto food, and love the coffee.

Typical Sheetz — gas pumps, small store, MTOs. This location puts it in a convenient location as drivers can enter either from Virginia Avenue or Industrial Blvd. If you’re not getting gas, aim for one of the parking spots to the left of the doors — less chaotic than near the pumps.

FLIP A COIN. HEADS YOU’LL ENJOY THE VISIT. TAILS YOU’LL LEAVE ANGRY:
I have been going to this location since I was little, living in this area– before they did the full renovation and when gas was 87 cents for 87unleaded. There are several of these gas n’ grub joints in the area. With Sheetz, obviously in general it is a great setup — cheap gas and food made to order. However, there are some that are better at providing that experience than others in the area and this one has more issues than the typical Sheetz. This location unfortunately is just as my headline describes: COIN FLIP SITUATION.
LOCATION: Personally this (on paper) is in a great location — it is close to residential areas, to the railroad hub for workers, ballfields for athletes and parents heading to a game, and on a major highway that leads into town or out of it. HOWEVER, what hurts it is the first part I mentioned. The Virginia Ave area is typically a rougher part of the city. There are low-​income areas and some of the rougher of the city frequent this location. This doesn’t always provide the best experience — but if rubbing elbows with this group is scary there are other locations within 5 miles (4 to be exact).
SERVICE: This is why the location has received my esteemed 2-​star rating. Fast service in ordering food is the worst part of this location. I would say that it is just because visiting this location when it is during peak hours of lunch and dinner, but I have been here late-​nite when IT IS DEAD and still struggled to get my food in a timely manner. It is very upsetting when I am the only person waiting in line for food, and 10−15minutes have elapsed without getting my COLD sub.
CLEANLINESS: This location is overall DECENT. The bathrooms are clean but during a heavy trafficked time, it gets dirty. I will say the management cracks the whip and tries to beat back filth with routine cleans.
Overall — you can choose another location that can do better for you and get your items quicker. Now if you want gas and have a credit card or just need a quick bottle of water on your way to work or game, it’s perfect.
