Perfect breakfast spot. Just perfect. I’ve been two weekends in a row, each time the food as been prepared quickly, the service is friendly, and the atmosphere relaxed. The prices are insanely low, 17 dollars for two plates of food, and the portion sizes are decent size too. When two eggs, toast, hash, and home-​fries costs 6.50, how can you go wrong? (That’s including the 25 cent charge for poached eggs and 40 cent charge for rye toast)

Been going there for months. Service is friendly and fast. Always have bacon, eggs, sausage and double wheat toast. Coffee is good, but could be a bit stronger.

This place is awesome! I live right down the street from here and I love having a good diner next to my house. The staff is friendly. they have lots of regulars, and the food is delicious! Hits the spot!

Ok, Let me start with this, This place has turned into my most FAVORITE breakfast of all times! the home-​fries are just to die for. You can be in this place eating your breakfast in 20 min. and out the door in 30 min. Only catch is this place only does cash.

Great waitstaff, cozy setting, good prices, and they had, I say honestly, the BEST pancakes I have ever had in my life. Banana and chocolate chip dusted with powered sugar. Crispy outside, soft inside — tasted so good, I didn’t even need syrup and butter!

We went on a Saturday morning around 11 am which is pretty much peak time for a restaurant such as this. It was about 90% full, but we were impressed how fast they were.
The food is tasty and what you’d expect at the neighborhood diner. Lunch menu was not available during breakfast hours on a Saturday.
Home fries were good, but very garlicky. Eggs were cooked as ordered.
The other post describing nickel and diming is accurate, but the poached egg is 40c more, not a buck.
Cash only and cheap, which is why they do have little surcharges where they deemed necessary.
Definately will return.

They charge an extra 25 cents for rye toast and a dollar extra to poach an egg. I mean, come on.
It’s just a local breakfast place. It’s clean and the service is good. You can do better.
