This place is a shit hole. My grandma and I wanted to get our nails done, but couldn’t find one open after 7, so we ended up going to this place. It’s been less than 24 hours and my nails have already chipped. They do your nails half ass, both Manis and pedis. There were flies flying around everywhere and my grandma couldn’t relax because she was too buy shooing the flies away. It was noisy because the employees don’t shut up. They were rude to my grandma because of her inability to speak English and I could tell they talked smack after the tip we left them. We gave them 5 dollars in tips for the two of us and i guess it wasn’t enough to please them.
The only up is that it cost us 15 each for both and Mani and a pedi. I’d rather do my nails myself than to pay that much here.

I really needed my nails done for a wedding this weekend and I knew I really wouldn’t have time during the week so this past Sunday i decided to try this place out. Everyone is nice and the place is welcoming. Unfortunately, my gel manicure was really horrible. its been a day and its already peeling!!! are u serious?! The women who did my manicure was nice but wow I have never had such a horrible manicure. she seemed to be in such a hurry, not really filing my nails or removing all my cuticles. her daughter did my pedicure and she did give a great massage, but my heels were still rough when I left. I really wanted to give this place a better review, but there is a reason why people get a gel manicure… we don’t want to have to worry about peeling nails.

I went to their location on Centinela in Mar Vista… GREAT MANICURE – best I have gotten in L.A., and I have been to a huge number of places. GREAT PRICES – lowest I have seen. Super honest. Can’t wait to try their full service salon. A true find!

I’ve been getting my roots colored here for the past five years ($ 25) and never been disappointed. They are great and have the best prices. I just visited them at Palms location and prices are the same and Cathy and Tom are there ready to take care of you. (I think one of their family members owns the Palms location).
