First of all they ran my insurance company and myself ragged by first stating that they accepted my insurance. Then when I called to ask when it would be ready they said they would not accept my insurance. So my insurance company called them and reminded them that they are under a contract and they are obligated to accept my insurance. When it was settled I did pick it up and paid my co payment. Why does a business give it customers such a hard time when they are a provider? Such BS which is not necessary.

It’s been years since I’ve lived near here, but every time I remember how great they were I get sad! The staff helped me a lot when I needed a very specific drug. I have a really sensitive stomach, and they made a version that was easy for me to tolerate. Now that I’m in NYC, I pay triple for the same thing! If you’re in LA, heed my advice and go to these guys for whatever your needs are. Designer scripts are made for the masses. These guys make it specifically for you.

Amazing customer service, I always feel completely at ease and taken care of. I’ve been a customer now with precise for a couple months now and although I admit I am a bit of a pain to deal with, the owner and staff are always very attentive and produce excellent turn around times. Definitely sticking with these guys, great service.

While everyone I interacted with was very nice, I had to dock 2 stars.
First is because they couldn’t fill a script for a very common antibiotic so I had to make a second stop at a CVS which is never pleasant.
Second was for their poor signage and notification that they moved locations. There is a huge sign on the wall of 10 810 Washington that says, «Precise Compounding Pharmacy.» Common business sense should tell you this may confuse new customers that have never been here before. Maybe we should put a note on the door that says we moved down the street to 10 844 Washington.
Upon walking into the new location, you’d never know it was a pharmacy. It looks more like a restaurant.

I finally found a pharmacy who is affordable, dependable, knowledgeable, friendly and very helpful staff. I’ve had bad experience with other pharmacy’s where they forget about you wasted my valuable time where i waited for hours. At «Precise Compounding Pharmacy» they customize accordingly and even get it delivered for free. I’m so happy and satisfied with «Precise Compounding Pharmacy» I highly recommend it! :)

Today I had my first experience with precise pharmacy. I have been getting my prescriptions filled at a nearby CVS, but there was always a delay. The medications that I need are pretty pricey, but this pharmacy compounded me a cream with the same formulas at an affordable price. They even delivered my medication to my door free of charge! Their staff is knowledgable and extremely nice, so I highly recommend :))

Spent two weeks trying to get them the prescription from my son’s doctor and they never received a single one. Not sure if their fax isn’t working or they don’t keep track of what they receive. They weren’t able to help and finally ended up taking our prescription to another compounding pharmacy far out of our way. Be very careful if you decide to use them.

Excellent service and a quick turn around time. They shipped my medication to me within 24 hours of receiving the prescription.
Staff is very friendly and so is the owner. Definitely using this pharmacy from now on.

They couldn’t transfer a phone call after 3 attempts. They couldn’t get my name right and they couldn’t operate a computer. It makes me wonder about the overall quality control.
The medication for my dog was very expensive and it took 2 days to get it. I had to pick it up myself. I will stick to CVS for my own needs. Based on 2 visits, this pharmacy is overpriced and incompetent, which is not a winning combination.
There was nothing professional about this business. Are the positive reviews from friends and family members?

Sent prescription to the wrong address after I clearly gave them the correct address. Also, quoted me a high rate on the co-​pay, then immediately dropped it to less than half when I said it sounded expensive. Extremely unprofessional. Hope they do a better job in preparing the meds.

Absolutely the best compounding pharmacy out there. Sean is amazing, and goes above and beyond the call of duty when it comes to taking care of his customers. They overnight prescriptions, as well as door to door messengered delivery. Unilocal needs to have 10 stars, because 5 is simply not enough for Precise Compounding Pharmacy!

I needed a compounding pharmacy for a specific prescription so I found this one in my neighborhood. That was a year ago. Now I have transferred all my prescription there. They know my name when I call. When I ask for a refill they check my other prescriptions to see if they need filled as well. Absolutely the best customer service I have ever experienced in LA!
