Horrible customer service, guy takes my order and seemed very annoyed. Never going back I mean what’s the point of working there to give such bad customer service! Ugh!

The food is tasty and reasonable price. I ordered my favorite noodle. pad kee mao and I love it. The shop looks better, cleaner and more welcome than before. Service and people are very kind and nice. You did a good job Pankam Thai kitchen. I will be back and try more food.

Surprisingly good duck curry for a small, hole-in-the-wall place.

How do they stay in business? When I walked in a little after 3pm, it was startingly unkempt. The young man at the register was hunched over, his head down between his folded arms on the counter. Hmmm, not a good first impression especially with dirty tables from the lunch crowd. They have a $ 5 lunch special which I assume brings in the crowds, and not enough incentive for the owners to keep the place that clean. With the special, you choose a dish and it comes with rice/noodles, soup, and fried egg roll. The selections, though, aren’t that great and are sitting under a heat lamp so best to go during lunch time and not wait too long like I did. The food ended up being tough(beef and broccoli) and just warm. I didn’t really enjoy it and it was somewhat greasy. They do give you a decent amount, so value wise it’s good. It’s just kind of unkempt inside and if they don’t care about what it looks like then that’s a poor message to the customers. The grandmother(owner?) inside who was sitting at one of the tables knitting was really nice and was adorable though.

Overall, I was really surprised by this place. The restaurant is so run down. I was a little apprehensive at first, but once I started eating the food here, it was actually pretty good. I wish they would take the time to clean up the restaurant though, it’s pretty disgusting.

I wish I could give zero stars. After a day of moving into my new house, I was starving and craving Thai food. I ordered online — chicken satay, beef and broccoli special(that comes with rice and an appetizer) and a side of steamed veggies for my boyfriend and I. The total came out to around $ 20. After waiting over an hour, I got a call from the delivery guy who was lost and needed directions. Since I’m new to the area, I didn’t really know but I tried to direct him while looking at a map. After 15 minuets of that, he hung up on me. So I called him back and said I would just meet him at the restaurant. I got there in less than 5 minutes. So now after two hours I’m way more starving than I originally was and just so happy to be eating. JUSTKIDDING because the food was horrible and had tiny portions. The rice had a weird after taste and the beef and broccoli was drenched in oil. The side of steamed veggies was literally just a head of broccoli. Honestly, the packaged soy sauce was the best part of the meal.

Very good food, generous portions, hot, and nothing like how horribly wrong«thai» or americanized chinese food can turn out.

I’ve actually ordered twice from here — but the second time was entirely by accident because I had forgotten that it was the place I had ordered from the first time. I’ll start out with the good — delivery is prompt, prices are reasonable. Fried cream cheese wontons are Super tasty. Sadly, that’s about where my praise ends. The satay appetizer is not the greatest, but the real fault with my order both times was the Pad-See-Ew. I know that every restaurant has its slight differences in preparation, but I’m not sure how they manage to make their version SO very very horrible. The smell is gross and the taste matches, I can’t quite place it but maybe its like a canned-dog food smell. Imagine my disappointment when I foolishly ordered this a second time. Both times, I gave it a shot, but ultimately ended up throwing the dish in the trash. Success would be so upset with me! In the LA world of Thai restaurants a plenty, I would recommend giving one of the other restaurants your business. From what I’ve read in some of the reviews, it seems like their Chinese food dishes might be a little better, but stay away from the Thai.

Inexpensive, prompt delivery(I requested it at a specific time, and they were there. Actually, he beat me home so I ended up apologizing to him while he waited… +1 for the service) Food isn’t anything to write home about, but they’re also listed as one of the LivingSocial takeout options without a delivery minimum(or maybe it’s just a lower minimum), which is how I found them. I think I ordered an All Day Special of orange chicken(?) and the portion size was appropriate – not more than I expected but not less either. If you need Chinese… this could do it.

Food: The Pad Thai, every thai restaurants specialty, is the simplest most bland pad thai I have ever had. It honestly tastes more like fish oil than anything else. The time I ordered it with the Cashew Nut Roasted Chicken + Chili I got violently ill. Value: For food this bad it should be a lot cheaper. Delivery: The turn around is about what you would expect. 30 – 45 minutes. By no means fast, but I also wasn’t wondering if they were lost, which after tasting their food is actually a miracle.

I ordered a delivery and realized that I made a big mistake as soon as I opened the container. I ordered a crying tiger beef but the meat was over cooked and tough like chewing tasteless cardboard. And food looks like a frozen tv dinner. On top of that, their delivery took 80min. Everything about the restaurant is just a joke. I can easily see that the restaurant will be going out of the business very soon.

May I start off by saying: AVOIDDELIVERYATALLCOSTS. This place is absolutely horrid. Original wait time given: 40 minutes — 1 hour Actual wait time: 1 hour 30 minutes Food ordered: Orange Chicken + Chowmein + Side dish + Sprite Actual food delivered: Sesame Chicken + Fried Rice + Coca Cola SERIOUSLY. When the food finally managed to arrive, the delivery guy was at an obscure door at the complete OPPOSITE end of our apartment unit. How he managed to not be able to read 4 giant numbers on a building, is quite astounding. To put the icing on the cake, our orders were completely wrong. And the chicken(which was also wrong) was incredibly hard, as if one were eating cardboard. I immediately called them to notify of the incorrect drink order(for I had already started to eat my food) and the man on the phone said ‘ok, 3 minutes’ Yeah, that guy was never to be seen again. I would even be ok if the taste & quality of our incorrect orders were up to par, but everything was a crock full of steaming shit. OH and btw, we were located down the street from the restaurant. This place can suck my delivery.

Solid, inexpensive Asian food. Dishes are served with chunky veggies. This location has All-Day specials for $ 6.99 which inclde an appetizer, a side(rice/noodle), and en entrée. This location is predominantly take out and delivery, but a few tables and booths are satisfactory for eating in. It IS a dive, but it’s tasty. Very good peanut sauce for Satay and Peanut chicken. Tasty glass noodles and chicken or cream cheese won tons.

This place is good. Large Portions, A Small Buffet, Good Food, Friendly Service. I only ate here once on my lunch break, they were fast and kind. I couldn’t have asked for more. I ordered some take-out and it was ready in less than 10 minutes. While I was patiently waiting, the very very very nice lady at the counter offered me water. All around good.

Sometimes you’re neck-deep in a zombie apocalypse, there’s a Hunter hiding around the corner trying to snap your neck, and after twelve attempts, you STILL can’t get through the horde and into the saferoom before dying a slow, agonizing death. This will not do. And you can’t stop playing because then the zombies, you know, win. What to do? You order Chinese takeout of course. In this case, Chinese/Thai takeout, because according to Foodler, this was our best bet if we wanted food delivered that wouldn’t require us to put on our shoes, find the car keys, or blink. It took a full hour, which is a bit long, though I get it, it’s Los Angeles and it’s possible it took an hour to go four blocks. Slack shall be cut. The driver was friendly enough, and the food was hot and well-packaged. My kung pao beef was interesting. Very different than what I’m used to. I didn’t like it more or less than ‘typical’ kung pao, but I do wonder if people who have something very specific in mind would be offput when something very different arrives. My friend’s orange chicken was not to his liking, though I found it acceptable. The all-day combinations were reasonably priced, and an adequate amount of food for two hungry apocalypse survivors. It got the job done. We didn’t need to get off of the couch. We weren’t hungry anymore. But it didn’t exactly wow us either. Mission accomplished, hunger pains abated, and the undead eviscerated.

This has to be one of THE grossest places I have eaten in a long time. We order several dishes for an office lunch — and NONE of us were impressed. I went on the safe side and ordered Chicken Broccoli — it tasted like it was a frozen bag mix that was warmed in a microwave. The sauce was thick and goopy — almost like day old gravy. Chicken was overly chewy, fatty, and bland. The broccoli was just«ok», but was covered in that awful sauce. I only had a few bite — and opted to skip lunch today. JUSTAWFUL. Oh and there was nothing really«thai» about this place. More like cheap generic americanized frozen«asian» food. Yuck.

Me and my affinity for Pandas. Though, I should take a cue from Panda Express and realize… hey not ALL things with pandas in their name are good. Anyway we received one of those takeout menus on our door so we had to try it. The top page of the menu had all the specials and combos and FREETHAIICEDTEA coupon if you order over $ 15. Sweet. Later, I will be letdown to find out that you can’t get free thai iced tea unless you order from the non-specials. Oh well. It’s only $ 1.75 for the thai iced tea. But still. I read some reviews and raves about the spring rolls so I got some. Omfg that was not very good. The wrapper was wayyy too thick and the internals consisted of some tofu, some meager portions of shrimp, mint leaves, and lettuce like normal. But very loosely wrapped and way too much wrapper to innards ratio. Bf got the bbq panda trio. Because what’s better than one panda? THREE. Except not this. It consisted of bbq pork, bbq chicken, and … uhhhhhh… er… somethingbbq I don’t care what the 3rd one was. Crying tiger maybe. Cuz I was crying. Not because I was seeing Jesus bbq either. I think we got something else because we are hungry hippos but now I cannot recall for the life of me. So. Half assed food gets half assed review. The end.

It was 9:55PM last night, and we wanted Thai food. It was a race against the clock. A turn onto Sepulveda to avoid the freeway took us here, and after calling and confirming that they closed at 10, we decided it was this or nothing. BF jumped out of the car while I parked and ran inside. They would still serve us! Score! At first I was a little wary. This was a tiny place in a strip mall, with food warming trays heating Chinese food behind glass in a front counter. This didn’t look like a place that people actually ate at. This looked like, «let’s order some food… there’s a menu that fell behind the fridge that was left on our door yesterday!» We ordered pad see ew, pumpkin curry with shrimp, and orange chicken(ok, not Thai, but who can turn down orange chicken?) I really liked the variety, especially of the curries, although it did seem more heavily Chinese than Thai. Our food was ready in 10 minutes and we took it home. I was VERY pleasantly surprised. The pad see ew, although a little drier than usual, was very tasty and generous with the broccoli and chicken. The orange chicken was a color that probably didn’t occur in nature(and even more unnatural than the color of Panda Express, if you can believe that) but was delicious. My favorite was the pumpkin curry, with generous shrimp, perfectly tender pieces of pumpkin, and a rich sauce with the perfect amount of heat. All for $ 26… they had a lot of $ 6.99 all-day specials too. I’d definitely re-visit this place. Nothing too memorable, but tasty, cheap food that delivers, and they served us after they were supposed to be closed. That makes it a great place in my book.

Most of the bad reviews on here are from people who went to Panda looking for good Chinese. Perhaps that’s a mistake, but I can definitely say that the Thai dishes from this place are pretty legit. I’ve ordered delivery from here and love that I can order online through , it reduces the risk of having your order or address screwed up. The pad thai is very orange which freaked me out a bit, but it is tasty nonetheless. They include a little bit of shrimp in it. The green and yellow curries are both good, a little runnier than I prefer but still flavorful and with just enought spice. I like that they give you the option to order your spicy dishes anywhere from mild to «Thai Hot.» I have yet to go for the Thai Hot but I think its great for spice lovers in search of that elusive scorch. Their Vietnamese Spring rolls are healthy and taste fresh, and they let you order Brown Rice for a dollar more than white steamed rice. Also, the portions are definitely great for the prices! It’s worth a try, especially if you’re hunting for cheap Thai that delivers… maybe not for Chinese.

Was in the neighborhood looking to find a new takeout place with combination plates. What I found was a big disappointment. Seriously, the photos on the wall look a lot better than the real deal. The trays of pre-cooked food on display was limited and looked very unappealing to me. I was seriously thinking of leaving at that moment. Ended up ordering off the menu and got the Pad Z Ew noodles with Beef. Oh the irony. Ew ended up being an appropriate description. Beef was edible, but the noodles were overcooked and there was way too much salt. Can’t recommend the pre-made food and you’ll have to take your chances on the rest if you dare.
