They blew it. First time in for a wellness exam and some blood work. A month later, I’m wondering why they haven’t followed up. Called the office and was told the Dr. was out to lunch and he’d give me a call back in 30 mins. Nothing. Had to call back the week after and spoke to a receptionist that had trouble writing down all 4 letters of my first name. So after repeating C-​H-​E-​T to her 4 times and being put on hold several times I finally got a hold of someone who had my file. He said they had tried to reach me. I had no record of a call/​email/​voicemail.
Mistakes happen. You don’t get a one star rating for making a mistake. You get one star for making me feel like no one was listening and lying to me in order not to take responsibility for your mistake and make me feel guilty instead.

Nice facility, professional staff and very attentive doctor. I went there for a sleep study.
