The BOMB! It’s 20 dollars so don’t expect 5 star service however expect to go in thinking your going to get a foot massage and get ready to have your entire body worked out. This is the BEST deal in town period.

It was Black Friday and we came here with no appointment. We arrived around 5ish. There was absolutely no wait. It all happened so fast. Dude just grabbed us from the front and took us back without out much of a word. He said«two?» I said«yeah» and that was it. He led us back to a big massage room with about 12 massage«stations». Each one consisted of one of those reflexology lazy boy chairs. So, I rolled up my pant legs and soaked my feet in hot water for a while. He massaged my arms neck and shoulders then dried my feet off and spent on a while on them. After that I turned over and he massaged the back side of my body. I wasn’t expecting a full body massage. I was just interested in getting an hour long foot massage but I’m not complaining. It was a great massage. It took me about 15 min to get over the fact that there were like at least 5 or 6 more people also getting massages in the room with me. Once I got passed that, it was cool. I do prefer a more private setting, in which I can speak freely with my therapist and feel more at ease, but to be honest, there wasn’t much to say because he did a great job. I probably would’ve just fallen asleep. Don’t forget to tip your therapist! They charge very cheap for good work there. It’s not an easy job to do all day.

I came here spontaneously with my boyfriend for a 30-minute foot massage and it was heavenly especially for what I paid for. Here is a quick summary of what went down. I called ahead to make a «reservation» for my boyfriend and I so that we would get in for sure. IMPORTANTNOTE: They will cancel your«reservation» if you are so much as 30 seconds late.(That’s what happened to me the first time I called in) Once we got there they assigned us separate seats and asked us to remove our shoes and place them in herbal soak baths. Then we lay down in these comfortable lazy boys and they began with a forehead massage that lead to a neck and shoulder massage. I LOVED the neck massage, my masseuse used the perfect amount of pressure and worked hard to get rid of my kinks and knots. After a little while she moved to my legs and feet and the rest is history. The massage was absolutely worth the $ 15. PROS: — it was $ 15 for 30 minutes — foot massage came with a bonus shoulder and neck massage and it was incredible. — chairs are insanely comfy — they cover your forehead and eyes with a comfort mask — they pour you tea after your session — street parking is surprisingly available for the most part. CONS: — everyone is in one room so that means you hear EVERYTHING(especially when they are slapping and beating the kinks out of the guy next to you) — when I called to reserve two chairs they didn’t bother to take my name or number down so really anyone could have taken my reservation.(Go before peak hours) — it’s true. They aren’t very accommodating in the customer service department. If you miss your appointment by 30 seconds, they couldn’t care less. — each masseuse works on different parts of the body(and of course with different styles and pressure). My boyfriend had his neck, shoulder and arms massaged while I had my neck shoulder and hands massaged. Long story short… This place is the perfect place to get a nice massage without breaking your bank.

I have had some of the BEST massages here and Some of the WORST Tonight was one of the Worst! I felt like I was being Tortured in the chair, it was rough and painful and I could tell the therapist was just grinding the time away on me without any thought of some customer«TLC». I actually feel worse now when i did walking in !! Anyhow, Happy Feet is a Hit Or Miss …

Made an appointment for me and my 3 friends at 7:30pm. The person I spoke with on the phone was very rude and wanted to make sure the 4 of us would be there at 7:30pm so they wouldn’t lose money. I confirmed that the 4 of us would be there at 7:30pm. We arrived at 7:25pm for our appointment and they couldn’t accommodate our reservation. They said they could take 2 of us now and the other two 40 minutes later. Since we all came together, that wouldn’t work. They made no effort to satisfy the customer or to apologize for the inconvenience. We went next door to Zen Foot Massage that were able to accommodate 2 now and another 2 in 10 minutes. I was really bummed about Happy Feet since everyone raves about it! I didn’t even want to give any stars, but since that’s not an option…

Listen up. I’m kind of a massage ho and that was the best reflexology I’ve had in a while. Let’s start with the fact that my masseur’s hands smelled vaguely of cantaloupe melon when he worked on my neck and face. Foot massage sent me to outer space. He focused on each part of my foot individually, including giving each one of my toes special attention. I’m usually a little ticklish until I get relaxed but their way is to start on your lower legs after they pull your feet from the hot bath, so you have a little time to be ready before they touch your feet. Add to it the fact that they had mellow Irish music playing in the background: guitars, violins and flutes. I don’t care that this doesn’t look like the Four Seasons, I wore my pajamas, and they put an eye pillow over your face anyway. $ 27 tip included isn’t a bad way to spend an evening.

This is a great place to go to if you want a massage without breaking the bank. Don’t come here expecting to be pampered or coddled. For $ 20, you get a pretty good rubdown while lying in a room full of people. Sometimes you get stuck near a guy who cannot stop coughing(come on, if you have a cough, maybe hold off on getting a massage for that day), but I can’t hold that against Happy Feet. If they ask you how you like the pressure and you say hard — expect it to be hard! My guy really worked the hell out of my back and I’m a little sore today but definitely think it was worth it. If you like your massages a little more gentle, just let them know. They’ll ease up. I’ve never had the issue that I see others have had regarding tipping but then again I’ve only had good massages so have always tipped $ 8 bucks. If you can, bring cash to avoid having the awkward«how much are you going to put on your card for tip» conversation.

Zero stars! Worst customer service I have ever received in my life. 1. I was never asked what my preference is was in regard to the pressure of the massage so they go as hard as they want until you TRY and communicate with them what you would like . 2. No one speaks English so they don’t listen or respond to you 3. AFTERMYBASICMASSAGE I STILLTIPPEDMYMASSEUSE, BUTHEWANTEDMOREMONEYANDGESTUREDFORMETOGIVEHIMMOREANDTHENRIPPEDUPTHECASH I GAVEHIMINFRONTOFMYFACEANDTHREWITINTHETRASH!!! Honestly, after reading this review, you would be extremely optimistic to give this place a try. Don’t ever come here. They don’t care, they’re rude… No wonder the prices are so cheap. «You get what you pay for» has never been so true. ZEROSTARS!!!
