Excellent service. Called and was connected immediately to a specialist regarding a high resolution photography reprint. They are also handling the custom framing in house. Hugh went out of his way to send me photos of the paper and framing options. Everyone’s been friendly and efficient. The pricing is very affordable too. No complaints.

I brought some family photos here to be scanned and they did a horrible job. A lot of them were cut off, mis-aligned, and the scan lines were showing on almost all of them. When I showed them the mistakes, they re-scanned them. When we got them back for the second time, they had the EXACT same problems. It wasn’t as though it was one or two photos, it was over 50% of about 1000 photos. I asked for a reimbursement after I brought the photos to another place so that I could show them evidence of how poor their quality of work was, and I was refused. They even tried to deny poor quality of their scans. They don’t take you seriously unless they think you’re anyone of importance.
