Our server, Nora, was very helpful. She allowed me to sample some of the product and it helped me make a decision as to what flavor I wanted Thank you for your patience and recommendation of toppings to put on my ice cream I will sure be back and THANKYOU!

What’s not to love. The ice cream is very smooth. You can add almost anything. You can also get a little or a lot. And if you tip, the staff normally sings a song. It is awesome enough that I can overlook the splurge.

With 2 customers in front of me I girl working in the back, I over heard her telling the customer(pregnant ladies) to slow down bec she couldn’t make it fast enough. The girl working looked like it was her first day she had no clue what was going on, while standing there another customer walked in and beside me, soon as the 2 ladies were done it took around 8 min to finish them up the employee looked passed me and started getting the order of the lady that had just walked in, I just walked out after that!!!

Coldstone has good ice cream and I always throw in some Heath bar. The employees are always courteous! By the way the theaters just to the east of cold stone are now going to be in Arclight theater.

I used to LOVE Cold Stone back on the East Coast and finally tried the one near me in Culver City. It was a Sunday night, and it was packed. Unfortunately the line didn’t look nearly as long as it really was. It took FOREVER. But we had already waited a while and there were now so many more people behind us, we decided to stick it out and get our ice cream! But others in line couldn’t take it, and they bailed. The ice cream was okay, but overpriced for what we got, especially given our 20 minute wait… for ice cream! I don’t think we’ll be back here.

Although this cold stone is small, the employees are bigger than life, especially after a tip. My ice creaminista cranked out some sweat cream(so good it tastes like Butter, no really) and Oreo in 30 seconds. Prices here are expensive but worth a splurge or special occasion. I noticed the have shakes on sale during happy hour for $ 3 – 4. Nice, might check that out(before dinner)

It’s a Cold Stone, so it’s all cookie cut no matter where you go to one. I tried the cake batter and I won’t lie, it got too sweet for me but I still ate it. Cold Stone is pricey though but they did give me a military discount.

Huge potions, I love the midnight delight got a small cup but the small was almost equivalent to a large. Every spoonful is to die for … Chocolate lovers paradise … Also it’s great location is a huge pro best way to catch a movie and a desert after. Love cold stone and it’s a huge plus since it’s summer.

Post movie treat time. Located next to the theater it’s a great location. The store is bright and clean. The customer service was great. The group of boys working there were courteous, efficient and friendly. I had the Founder’s Favorite with French Vanilla substituted for the sweet cream ice cream. They drew happy faces with the syrup — cute. Solid local and yummy ice cream. My dessert was yummy.

Boy the line was long on a Friday night. The employees got through the line in a reasonable amount of time, though. The employees were friendly and even honored a Coldstone coupon I had on my phone(even though the rules online say that they don’t accept mobile coupons — which is a stupid rule, in my opinion). They don’t have seating here, but there’s a nice little area just east of the store with a fountain and plenty of benches for you to sit and enjoy your ice cream.

I’m a huge fan of Cold Stone’s Creamery. I’ve been to a few, but this locations is one of the worse ones. This place isn’t as good as the other stores not because of its employees. The employees are all good. The reason I didn’t like this place much is because of the ice cream. Every time I have come here, the ice cream was always old tasting. The last time I was here I ordered a «That’s How I Roll» and even the pecans on it tasted stale.
