I love it that this whole e. coli thing has scared everyone away. Now I can enjoy Chipotle without the hassle of long lines.

Came for a late dinner with my wife, and friend. Had bad experience with their customer services. Seems like the workers are just talking to one another and not paying attention to the customer. The quality of the food was bad. They gave me basically all the left over on the container from The rice, chicken and beans. The temperature on this things were cold. Think they over charged me for what we we served. Not even a spoon full of chicken and rice were given to us.

Wilted lettuce, a piece dragging on counter as they passed it down assembly line, gristle bits instead of steak meat throughout salad is very disappointing. Plus being charged for double steak that I didn’t order was a pisser. They corrected it after I asked how my $ 7.70 salad came out to over $ 14. I had a free coupon which my teen used and got extra cost topping on, even though I said not to add it. I had free coupon for chips/salsa with entrée.(And a couple of chips were soft from oil– most good tho) It is in walking distance in my neighborhood but I do not plan to return. I wish I had fixed dinner at home instead. At least at home if the salad is wilted it’s on me. humorous mom of teen note: son tried it and said«whoa– I got gristle too». Then says he’ll finish it and he’s so sorry I didn’t like it. growing teens no know limits! Experienced moms know quality. moral of story– it’s all good. lead person on assembly line meant well, just sloppy and could use more training. MId person on assembly line knew better and was one who double charged me. final person on register was new and tried her best to correct the double charge. Apparent manager who seemed to be leaving for day corrected it. I would follow up with mid-line service dude if I were manager… and whoever needs to inspect quality of food in service trays should get training refresher too.

I was here a few minutes ago. I really am a big(vegetarian) Chipotle fan and hoping they make a good come back, but this location is not helping anything. I’ve been here a lot since its close to the office with limited lunch options near by. Most times the experience is just average(and I took a long hiatus during the health scare,) but today was the straw that broke the camel’s back. They were out of brown rice and veggies and exaggerated it would be «A WHILE» until it is ready. Two of the three main components of my bowl. It wasn’t even busy in there, me and two others in line. Isn’t it common sense to always have a batch of something cooking for a back up? Ruined my lunch.

People complain too much on here. Clean, fast, and friendly service. They kept the line moving as fast as possible and the employees greeted each customer with a smile. Street parking is easy to find also.

No issues here. I’m thankful that there’s a Chipotle within walking distance to my apartment. I went one night with my boyfriend to split a bowl of chicken, brown rice, veggies, tomatoes, sour cream, cheese, and, of course, guacamole. Food was good, service was quick, bathrooms were available, tables were available, and Tabasco green pepper sauce was aplenty.

Been hearing so much in the news lately about Chipotle… Thought I’d give them a chance again. Walked in(3÷15÷2015 @ 9:20pm), asked for a bowl, girl behind the counter is cleaning between the food bins with a disgusting looking rag. After scrubbing the dried encrusted beans vigorously for one moment, she takes the rag and grabs my bowl to push it down to the next station. I was completely disgusted… I let her know of what she did and she just looks at me with a blank face and in an unapologetic manner says to me, «So, do you want them to make you another?». Uh nope, I’ll be leaving and not returning. Seriously?! This is one of the reasons why people are getting food poisoning at these restaurants. Ignorant staff doing stupid, unsanitary things. I walked out immediately. First of all, don’t be cleaning between the bins with a disgusting looking rag flopping around touching the food, second, don’t use a disgusting rag and third, if you really must clean, take the bins out first. Jesus Christ! Common sense guys!

I’m giving them a 5 stars not because the service was great but reading all these reviews about how they didn’t have anymore of something or how someone had to wait made realize that all of those who left a review lower than 3 stars have first world problems. Yeah it sucks that you didn’t get what you came here for but life goes on. Like yeah they are kind of slow and they do run out of things but it shouldn’t bother you to post a negative review

I’ve been here a few times and I’m not sure why I even bother to come back. The first time when I asked for beans they filled my salad with juice and hardly any beans. The second time, they put hardly any sour cream on it. As if they were rationing. The third time which was today. They said they were OUTOFMILD sauce. I don’t put much on my salad to begin with but the main thing that give my meal any flavor is the mild salsa. I’m sure for everyone to go to a place that has limited options to say they are out of an ingredient let alone a whole salsa is frustrating. I tell myself that maybe they are having bad days which is why I keep coming back to this location but I’m convinced that this place completely sucks. After seeing the 2⁄5 stars, it’s pretty obvious you shouldn’t come here. Even if it’s conveniently close. The next time they are«out» of an ingredient I will just leave.

I don’t relish in reviewing mega chains, usually… but this one deserves it. Located in a nice, newer facility, this Chipoltle opens out to a roadview. It is very clean, and very streamlined. It feels like it has less square footage than most of this chain’s locations, but that is because it wraps around to the back. The workers were all very sweet and kind, and were more than generous in their serving size. I ordered a sofritas burrito bowl, and by the time it was finished, the lid could not remotely close on it. I have been to this chain before, and ordered guacamole, only to be disappointed by a small medallion atop my meal. Last night… I was made a believer again. The heaping helping of guac was mighty nice. The only negative: no lemons near the beverage table. When that’s your biggest problem, you know things are going well!

*charges me $ 7 for ONE taco* Me: wait what, since when are your tacos $ 5? I swear I only paid $ 3 before. *WORKERSMIRKSANDSHAKESHEADATME. Gives me receipt.* Me: YOUCHARGEDMEFORTWOTACOS!(2×2.40) WORKER: I did? Plus, they’re unmotivated. Unfriendly. This is officially my least favorite Chipotle which sucks because it’s also the closest to me. Edit: I didn’t yell. But I showed off my hangry face.

1. Employees don’t seem motivated 2. Service sucks 3. Food is not stocked quick enough. Had to wait for white rice that’s should have been ready to serve. 4. Was not busy and had an issue with management authorizing a free meal for someone. A whole lot of back an forth when management should have came out to the verify the person with no receipt. 5. This is the reason it has a poor rating on Unilocal. Employee engagement with better food tasting.

I am giving a 5 star review because its Chipotle. You know the deal. Come at lunch. you get what you get, longer line sloppier service. If you order ahead and you will get a smaller burrito. Deal with it. Only cry babies go to Chipotle and leave low star reviews. Its Chipotle.

UGH! I guess not all Chipotle locations are created equal. Came here for lunch in between classes and had a Steak Bowl.(More like a guacamole, rice & beans bowl –_-) They hardly served me ANY Steak. I was poured a tiny spoon of Steak… I had more sour cream & guacamole than I got protein to say the least. Perhaps they do not know the correct portions to give or maybe that’s a «Chipotles-in-the-city rule». Either way, it probably should’ve been one star… meh.

Hands down the WORST Chipotle I have ever been to. Unfortunately, I love the food, and it is semi-close to me, so this place will keep getting my business until I get sick of it. I order online because the line here is always long, which I know is not their fault. What is their fault is how many times they mess up an online order or do not have it ready when I come to pick it up. I have had to harass employees to get guac and chips put in my bag because they forget them and now I have to call once I get home and see they forgot to put ingredients in my bowl that were written on my order. I understand you are busy. I give you 45 minutes to throw 6 written ingredients into a cardboard bowl for me for $ 9, that is more than enough time. It’s beyond unacceptable at this point, but I don’t see anyone fixing it.

I am actually standing in line and reading the bad reviews on Unilocal regarding the service. If it weren’t for my pregnant wife, I would have left already. Everyone is right. We have been in line for nearly 20 minutes and are not even half way through. Right now, there are only two servers working. Another is floating around doing random stuff and the cashier is Bouncing back and forth. Best part is one of the employees is on break and she thinks that the best place to take her break is at the tables in front of all the hungry patrons. Literally chilling on her phone. Oh wait. It looks like her break is up. She’s now walked to the back to chat with her colleague. This place is dope.

Park on the street — do not bother with the parking lot during peak times. I have seen some of the most dickish behavior ever in that parking lot. Also, this Chipotle is sort of ‘hidden’ in the building — go past the pizza place, you’ll find it. Do not be daunted by the longish line — they move you through the line quickly. Sort of a tough location to get in and out of quickly.

Hhhmm. When this location opened I used to go here all the time. I’m not going to lie, I love Chipotle(head held high). Having said that I’ll drive the extra half mile to go to the other location moving forward. Why? 1) Parking sucks — it’s in a strip mall with too many other businesses and not enough parking. Yes they have free valet but it’s always backed up. Really I have to wait in a long valet line just to go to Chipotle? 2) Always long lines. Always. 3) Quality of food is subpar. I got steak & chicken salad and I kid you not every piece of steak I put in my mouth I had to spit out. They were all fatty pieces. I watched the guy scoop it out, it’s not like I got the end of the batch. It was flat out disgusting. Every single piece I spit out. I’ll probably never order steak at any Chipotle anymore. Gross. The service is fine. They’re all high school kids but I’ve never had a problem with them. The problem is the food:-(

Slight improvement on portion sizes. For the last couple of visits I noticed they’re not using a ton of lettuce as filler and incorporating more meats into the dishes. So today, I was curious on how might the sofritas bowl would taste(knowing that it is a meatless dish.) I ordered it and it actually tastes great! Not much flavor but the salsa and guacamole compensates for the taste. If you are vegetarian or happen to like tofu, this is the stuff for you. I’m still disappointed in the amount of guacamole they give with the order of chips. OMG, LOL… that’s so #LEH, it’s ridiculous as hell.
