Good location but seems a little pricey to me for fast food. The fish and shrimp tacos are so good though! And that mango salsa… mmmm.

I get takeout as I live near this location. I get a steak burrito, my husband gets an ultimo. My burrito — in the same food order — is ALWAYS cold. Not cooled down, but COLD. Seriously, I am paying $ 7 for cold food that is supposed to be fresh made/warm? Wha? Tonite I thought it was warm as I took it out of the bag — nope, just the side that was next to my husbands burrito ultimo was warm. Mine was very very cold. Mine also had a cup(yes, I opened it up and measured) of salsa in it, little meat and practically zero avocado. I want my $ 7 back. This is not the first time this has happened — more like the 8th. I am done. I can drive to Poquito Mas in westwood, get a take out burrito and then drive all the way back to my house and their burrito will be WARM. If the food is in the same order — don’t make one burrito so far ahead that it gets stone cold — that is just crappy service. I am done with this place even though it is close by. Driving to another neighborhood is a better bet than this location.

A typical chain joint, food for a simple fresh meal. Service tends to be pretty slow but then I’m okay to wait if they cook it from scratch. Gives you some time to go ponder over which salsas to get, or just get one of each :-). Love their mango salsas! Ultimo burrito with carnitas was a well packed, enough to share for 2 not-too-ravenous. Wish they were more generous on the chips. Parking is always a pain in this corner of strip mall with so many eateries and Grocery store sharing the lot. Just park far away and walk over. Gotta earn your burrito after all ;-)

Food is typically pretty tasty. However, most of the employees are pretty incompetent. So much so, I have avoided going in when my patience is low. Ordering the Grilled Soft Chicken Tacos without now pico de gallo & zesty chili lime slaw is a super challenge for some reason. Every time I call, it about a minute hurdle to get over. It’s delicious, however it’s a pain in the neck to order. I promise I’m not being high maintenance. Guys, I really like the food, PLEASEFIXTHIS!!!

Well, my son suggested this place; I hadn’t been in awhile, because I just don’t think their food is very good. But I went. He was telling me about a veggie burrito smothered in enchilada sauce. Sounds good, doesn’t it?! The burrito was small, for $ 8.00. I won’t be back, ever, I hope. On Inglewood Blvd. there’s a place called«El Abajeno», Culver City. Cheaper and the quality of the food is outstanding!

I have never been a huge fan of Baja Fresh until I stumbled upon this location, I find it very clean, besides being conveniently located along my commute. It’s very well managed, the staff does a great job, even the food taste better than at the other locations I know… Definitely the best fast food in the shopping center

This Baja Fresh is thorough when making food. I always see the chefs with gloves on working hard and every now and again the cashier will wash his hands throw on some gloves and jump in with preparing orders. However, every time I come to this particular location it’s always dirty, tables are always dirty, some salsas need to be refilled at the salsa bar. Maybe they’re short staffed because I’ve never seen any staff cleaning the dining areas.

Good customer service! They serve your food in 5 min or less! I am a client at this restaurant and I’ve never regretted going here. I would really recommend this Baja Fresh.

Exactly what you want from a Baja Fresh. It was very clean; the food was good. However, they didn’t give us many chips– we had to ask for more. Overall, good experience.

I had chipotle last night and said I need better Mexican food so I went to BajaFresh in culver city. The food was great, place is clean and. Salsa is always avail. I know good Mexican food. It’s not how my grand mom cooks but it satisfied me until I see her. I had a burrito Mexican enchilado style. It was good and hot. The managers here are at least respectful to their coworkers. Will come to eat again!

The staff is definitely the best part of this location. I’ve been to quite a few Baja Fresh locations in my day and few staffs are as on point and quick as this one. It’s clean & it’s never too crowded(and even if it is, they move fast) Leo is the man, if you have the pleasure of being helped by him.

The predecessor of Chipotle does it right. Fresh, clean, bright, and never frozen. The Burrito Ultimo and black salsa bring me joy.

This is gonna be short because Baja is pretty much like La Salsa, Chipotle, etc. The service was good, but the food took a while and all I got was a salad. The prices were decent — and if you check in using your Unilocal app, you get a coupon for $ 2 off a $ 8 order. Of course, I didn’t know that until after I paid. Figures. Anyhow, if you’re hungry, this place will do. That said, there are better options in the area.

After my experience at the Baja Fresh in Manhattan Beach tonight, I had to come back here and update my review. Damn, I should have upgraded this place to 4 stars long ago when I fell in love last year with the cilantro Cesar dressing but totally forgot. Then I should have really upgraded after one of the managers(I forgot his name — have to get it) has given us great service over the last year too. I’ve really grown to love this Baja Fresh location. The food is good, but what makes this place great is the very efficient service, friendliness of employees, and the overall care and pride they take in keeping the place clean and looking appealing. I’m so sad I don’t live close by anymore, but still will go out of my way to drive here when I can… yum!
