Great service. Stayed open late a few extra minutes for me to make it after work for a battery replacement for my Michele watch. Battery replacement took less than 5 minutes and was much cheaper than another place I had quoted earlier that day. I will be back for sure for my other jewelry repairs!

The owner is an arrogant man who will lie to your face and walk away from you in the middle of a conversation as if you were no longer there. I can’t remember the last time I was treated so poorly.
The reason I came here is because it’s close to me and I go past so often and it looks nice and respectable from the outside. Do not let this fool you!!! Now I understand why it’s always empty inside.
I cannot stress enough how much better and more respectful other nearby shops were compared to this slimy corner spot. Whether you are buying or selling the prices are also much better anywhere else.
If you do decide to come here please for your own sake make sure you don’t have any immediate plans afterward because you’re going to want to go straight home and clean yourself to try and get the douchebaggery off of you.

What a great find in Culver City! Needed my watch repaired and a battery. Called them and they said bring it in. Even though it was a small job they took care of it in a timely :) fashion. Looked around they had a lot of nice jewelry and watches. The staff is very nice/​patient/​helpful and happy. Real pleasant experience. I would definitely go back.

I absolutely love this new location (they have another store on Venice/Robertson)and not to mention the owners/​staff are super helpful and friendly. A couple years ago a friend of mine recommended them to me since I had been looking for a new jeweler and had some old jewerly I needed fixed. They took great care of me then and have continued doing so. It is mine and my family’s go to store for any jewelry needs. I would definitely recommend this place to everyone who appreciates great service and quality.

My absolute favorite place to purchase my jewelry! Everyone there is so welcoming and the décor is awesome. Tried pawning some of my older jewelry and they provided the best pricing and made it a smooth, quick process.

Needed a full service jewelry store local in the area and came across this place. Was helped by a lovely young lady who was very helpful. Had a few pieces I needed fixed and a link removed from a watch. Prices were great and the work was good quality. Over all very happy with the work done.
