Husband’s business card would not swipe and the store manager had no intention of helping in any way. When we asked if it could be hand keyed he said «no». Fortunately the assistant managed Zack kept trying the card with a shopping bag wrapped around it. We spent over $ 400, you would think the «manager» would have been as helpful as the assistant.
Another reason to shop small business and not big box stores.

We do A LOT of business with these people. The only thing we’ve got against them is that 90% of the employees are young and really don’t know much. And most of them are unwilling to offer ANY assistance. And one other thing, they don’t keep enough registers open to keep lines moving.
