I had an issue with my downstairs unit not cooling like it should. I talked on the phone with a couple of different companies that told me without looking at my unit that I would need a new compressor. The Bama guy came out looked at it for 30 seconds & said, «Here’s your problem.» He then pressed the High pressure control release/​reset switch and my unit worked. But he didn’t stop there. There was a minimum 30 minute labor charge for the visit, so instead of charging me the minimum and leaving, he checked out my other unit and cleaned them both showing me how to do it myself. He was courteous and polite, qualities that are rare in the service field these days. I will call these guys again if I need help.
