Weber’s! Since I was a child… even back when I thought Cuba City was actually IN CUBA, we have made several pilgrimages to Wisconsin each year. Apples, cheese, and WEBER’S. It’s like there are 3 food groups. With Weber’s being the foundation of an awesome MEAT CHEESE APPLE pyramid! They have been award winning meat processors for a long time. Every trip home to Illinois entails a MANDATORY trip to Weber’s. The summer sausage they make today was the very same as when I was a kid. That’s what some people forget these days.
