These guys are stand up guys that know what they are talking about. The service area, to the sales floor, to the owner(Andy) knowing his customers. I can’t think of getting any gear — or boat anywhere else. My Mastercraft is in for service now, and they’ve been great with working with my insurance company, helping me in my claim, and getting repairs done in a very busy Spring time. I couldn’t be happier with the staff there.

Worst customer service. Bought a wetsuit that was defective. TOLDTHEREP it was worn once and used as thats how you find out a wetsuit is defective. He gave me an RMA and told me to return it for a refund as they didnt have my sized suit in stock to replace it. A week later I get an email from another rep saying they wont refund me because the suit is used. Wtf? Get it together over there. No wonder you have such raving reviews here and elsewhere.
