All Seasons Cleaners

We’ve been customers of All Seasons Cleaners since it was Gold Eagle Cleaners, over 30 years ago. It’s renamed, but still in the family! Steve and his staff are absolute professionals, and make an effort to be «where everybody knows your name.» I’m either dropping off or picking up some things from our wardrobes at least two times a week. Fair, affordable, friendly, professional, excellent service, and they keep my husband and me looking polished.

Horrible customer service. They lost my formal gown! I gave them two formal gowns for cleaning, One of which I needed desperately, I asked upon dropping them off if it would be ready in 5 days and I was assured NO PROBLEM. I went to pick up my dress at the maple grove location, no dress. I had to drive to crystal to try and find my dress. When I got there the employee was pissed I came to find my dress. I told her I desperately need this formal gown. She got on the phone to yell at another employee. I finally got them to tell me they had the dress but it was not ready, not pressed. When I looked at it, it didn’t even look cleaned. I told her she needed to press the dress or give me money to purchase a new dress. Her response: I can’t do anything for you, just take your dress, too bad”. I couldn’t believe how rude they were. After i asked several times to talk with the manager or owner (to which she refused) She called «someone», and got my dress to me in an hour. After closer inspection, the white formal dress now has «water» marks on it and a portion of the hem has shrunk. Very poor service, very poor quality. I would not recommend them.
