Best spot in the whole casino. Appetizer shrimps are must try. I had a delicious blackened chicken for entrée, it is stuffed with prosciutto and Gruyère cheese, crispy breaded and pan fried in cognac(Not greasy dip fried). So good. Small tiny menu but enough for a great dinner. All entrees come with a salad or soup. And for dessert– coffee and Mud pie. My favorite combination Other dishes are steak, veggie pasta, fish, burger. Really small choice but something for everyone. Portions are huge. Very valuable for the money you are paying

One star is being kind. Server is wonderful, food horrible! Mac n cheese for kids flavorless, steak was a work out to cut. Sent it all back. Gonna have to make another stop for dinner. Oh and the nachos are made with potato chips??? This place used to be okay.

Closed Sunday and Monday? Whaaaat? Had some of their home made potato chips with wing sauce and a cap in it and the Elvis look waiter just shrugged it off which made dinner not as appetizing However the special prime rib sandwich was gross(gotta love the au jus in a paper cup NOT) and the bleu cheese burger undercooked and the pork tacos so so Not sure I would return now

My husband and myself aren’t smokers so when we go to the Casinos we try and limit our stay. There is a restaurant inside the casino called the Bilty’s Brew and Q and we hesitated going into eat there because of the smoke from the casino. Not a problem! They have an excellent filtering system so even though there is no door separating the restaurant from the casino, there isn’t any smoke to choke you. We ordered the 10oz steak with Garlic mashed potatoes. Wow, it was an inch thick rib-eye cooked to perfection! I had a side order of slaw(YUMMO !!!) and my husband had the side order of chili, this too was excellent, a little hot but I kept going in for more tastes of that! Great food and the employees were the best ever! So polite and smiles all around! We’ll be going back that’s for sure! All in all this was a Saturday night and had no problem with the staff, they were right on top of things!

Took my daughters here for dinner before the Tahoe Safe Alliance father/daughter dance. The food was amazing! The girls had chicken fingers that I expected to be your normal, frozen chicken fingers. I was pleasantly surprised to see that they were«home made» chicken fingers with an amazing breading! My filet was cooked perfectly! The service on the other hand was just down right bad. They brag about their beer selection, but when I asked for a draft Icky the waiter had no idea what I was talking about. After explaining it to him he went to the bar and came back only to tell me they were out. I ordered a bottled IPA and asked for a cold glass. The beer came and then 15 minutes later, and after asking three more times, the glass came. During that 15 minute period the table next to me, a different waiter mind you, got 2 draft Icky’s. The food was amazing but not worth the crappy service.

R u kidding me? This place was ridiculously delicious. The meats were cooked to perfection and served up with a full spread of crafted sauces and sides. Not that you need sauce. The meats are so flavorful you can just eat them solo. The brisket fell apart like it was melting. A lot of places claim to do barbecue but few really do it well. This place has their slow cooking dialed in. The ambiance is swank: cozy fireplace, plush black leather chairs, stone walls… All tucked away in the back of a legit, old school North Lake casino. We had no wait and great service. If you’re looking for a view of the lake, you won’t find it here. But give your eyes a rest and treat yourself to something truly authentic and delicious. You won’t regret it.

So I went back to try the Baby Backs as I said in my original review. This time the service was 0 stars. I was seated promptly ahead of 2 couples that came in after me. About 14 of the tables were occupied. The 2 couples who were seated after me were approached in a reasonable time by their servers with the sauce and chip preorder sampler, while I waited for a full 10 minutes more for a server to approach me. This charmer came without the sampler and graciously said«what would you like» no hello or welcome to… So I gave him my order and 15 minutes later along came another waiter who had noticed I had been sitting a long time at an empty table and brought the chips and sauces. I asked why it took so long to serve me when others were served relatively quickly. He gave me a blank look, a shrug and said he was sorry. No sign of my original server so I picked up and left, never to return. This place is going to be as lousy as Conrad’s was before.
