I don’t see these guys that much. Being a resident of Hammond, Indiana we don’t really see these guys unless there is some festival going on somewhere. However, the further south you go, the more likely you’ll see a Lake County Sheriff. I do know a few people that are on the department, and I have been in Crown Point, Indiana to attend court several times and I have to say that Lake County has got their fair share of «weirdos» and «freakazoids» and the Lake County Sheriff’s Department has got their hands full. I respect the badge and always answer with a «Yes, sir/​no sir; yes ma’am/no ma’am» kind of attitude — know what I mean?
