I had the pleasure of working with Marc Nurse in April 2014. I was referred to him by a friend who raved about how efficient and prompt Mr. Nurse is. I have tried to refinance my condo since 2007. I dealt with mortgage brokers, banks, etc, but none of them were able to secure my refinance. I was hesitant at first about refinancing my home and Mr. Nurse reassured me that he would be able to do it in a cost effective manner. He contacted me daily in order to give me updates. Even when I was agitated or confused about the process, he always remained patient and guided me well.
Mr. Nurse was also professional and helpful; he made me feel like priority. I did not receive that type of service from other lenders. I am very happy to say that my refinance was finally completed and I have saved $ 540 each month on my mortgage. I truly appreciate the work that Mr. Nurse has done for me. I would highly recommend Mr. Nurse to my family, friends or anyone looking to purchase or refinance a home. I plan to use him again when I purchase my next home. I finally found my perfect lender!

Mr. Nurse and I were first introduced sometime in July 2011 and we have been working together ever since. Marc has been the epitome of professionalism and I cannot say enough about his exemplary customer service. Marc has been patient through the challenges that I have experienced and has maintained enthusiasm and confidence when I lacked them. He has been working in the field for 16 years and it is evident through the many phone calls that we have exchanged and some of the information that he has shared with me resulting in me ultimately getting approved. The loan process including gathering documents and verifying everything can sometimes be challenging or frustrating but Marc has made the process seamless. He is very responsive and knowledgeable whenever I have questions and I can always depend on him to get back to me quickly when I reach out to him about any questions or concerns. As a Mortgage Banker, he has gone above and beyond in circumstances where others may have not invested the time to see it through. I have had several undesirable experiences with other mortgage bankers and was initially hesitant about contacting him. However, I can definitely say that I am tremendously grateful that I met Marc and I am fortunate to have worked with him these past months to achieve my goal of home-​ownership.
