I own three investment properties, and have for 6 years, and have property managers for each. This is the worst property management experience I have had. Slow response times, sent the last monthly payout to the wrong address, stopped paying the HOA fees when I gave notice to terminate the management contract, and both the owner and the receptionist were generally rude. I actually wondered, does she realize that *I’M* paying *HER*???
Don’t do it. Go with another company with some level of understanding of customer service.

These people are SLUM LORDS. Was talked into renting from this company from a Real Estate agent when I first moved to Bowie (who was clearly on Demco’s payroll.), and it’s been down hill ever since. I moved into a home that was poorly painted, had giant holes in the wall, and infested by cockroaches. As a tenant, I have repainted the entire house, paid out of pocket for repairs not covered by the owner (water heater wasn’t high priority in their eyes). The only time that they did any repairs on the property, was when the City of Bowie cited them. PLEASE do not do business with this company, for your own sanity.

I was a renting prospect until I was told by my agent that this DEMCO company takes 2 weeks to handle an application! What a laugh.
