QUEEN of brows. Second time coming to Lucy and I’m very pleased! Easy to contact and set up appointment, cute little shop, and she is very nice. I really can’t say how excited I am that I found her. I have been getting my brows waxed for years and she is by far the best I have ever had. Not only does she wax but she fills them in perfectly. You leave feeling like a million bucks! I will go to her as long as she is around! I highly recommend Lucy!

Lucy has been waxing me and my family for awhile now and we all love her! She’s my waxing queen and does such an amazing job! Today was my second time getting my brows done by Lucy and I truly have to say she’s the best I have found in the area.
She takes her time and leaves my brows perfect. This is definitely my new eyebrow spot.

Lucy is absolutely brilliant. I’ve been seeing her for over a year and a half and know that I’ll be seeing her for years to come. She’s fast AND meticulous, and always takes incredible care of me. She’s clean, professional, and keeps things lighthearted.

Will definitely be coming back! Getting my eyebrows and lip waxed by her was surprisingly painless! I love how Lucy takes her time to really perfect your eyebrows. Making an appointment with her was seriously the best decision ever!

Lucy is AMAZING! I used to go to her at European Wax Center and I loved her so much I followed her to her new place! Always follows up every 3 – 4 weeks with me to see if I need to make an appointment. Waxing is quick and easy and she always does a great job! And she’s always super friendly! Wouldn’t go anywhere else! Definitely would recommend her if you’re in the area or live nearby! :)

All the ladies on here have said it all! Lucy is amazing PERIOD. Stop reading all the reviews click her number and hit her up for an apt already! She is seriously so flexible and will work with you. And lastly shes good at what she does. It aint easy to do what she does as easy as it sounds or look. Alright go on and hit her up!

Lucy is amazing! I’ve seen many different people thru the European wax center but no ones comes close to Lucy’s perfection. Although she’s no longer with them. I have chosen to follow her to her new location. Getting a bikini wax is no easy feat, but with Lucy it’s done in 15 minutes and a quick session of girl talk. She’s not only professional and efficient, but also super personable and easy to talk to. She takes care to pluck out any leftovers, helps me breathe thru the pain, doesn’t use tiny little strips that take forever, and makes the session far from awkward (which lets be honest, could be a very awkward experience). Basically, I will never share my lady parts with any other woman!

Lucy is the best. I used to go to European Wax Center but when she left so did I. The new location is nice and clean and Lucy uses the same products as she did at the other place. I am glad I found her again and I recommend her to anyone. There is no one like Lucy.

I can sum up this review in three simple easy words. «I LOVE LUCY!»
No joke! She is amazing and talented at what she does. I first met Lucy back during my European Wax Center days, which was about 3 years ago. I’ve been to the EWCs in San Jose and El Cerrito for full Brazilian waxes. After relocating from the South Bay to the East bay, finding a good waxer is like finding a needle in the haystack. Once you find a good one you stick with them for LIFE! Lucy was recommended to me by a friend and I’ve been going to her religiously since then. I’ve also recommended my family members and friends and they’ve seen her religiously since then as well. There was a period where Lucy’s schedule at EWC clashed with my work schedule and going to two different waxers at EWC were awful experiences. Some waxers aren’t as experienced and/​or aren’t detailed enough. Plus they weren’t as friendly or talkative. If I’m showing you my lady parts, I would at least like to feel comfortable. Lucy is fast and efficient yet still takes time to pick at my ingrown hairs and always makes me feel comfortable. She instantly felt like a longtime girlfriend yet she always maintained it very professional.
Her location is right off the freeway and her work place is always clean and sanitary. With my work schedule, she is able to accommodate me on the weekday afternoons and even weekend mornings. It’s so much easier to make appointments directly with her than through EWC. If there’s traffic and I’m running late, I can easily text her and give her a head ups that I’m on my way just stuck in a teensy bit of traffic. I used to hate in EWC because you only have a 10 – 15 minute grace period before they cancel your appointment and call it a no show. If you rack up enough no shows, they would charge you half price of the service you had an appointment for the next visit you make with them. Since Lucy’s been at this location I’ve had no need for EWC. I see Lucy religiously once a month and I will follow her ANYWHERE!

Lucy is absolutely AMAZING! I was recommended by my coworker and was a little hesitant as I had never gotten a Brazilian wax before. But Lucy made sure that I was more than comfortable and eased me through the whole process. She lets you know when to take a breath and does everything so quickly and efficient. It definitely gets easier the more you go. I’ve gone about 5 times. Also, her work station is super clean. I can’t stress enough how awesome Lucy is. She’s super friendly and chill.

I’m so glad that I was referred to Lucy by my hair stylist. Lucy is friendly, fast, and thorough. So far I have had bikini and Brazilian waxes and have been pleased each time. I feel very comfortable with Lucy. Highly recommend!

I love Lucy! She’s super personable, and easy to talk to. She makes you feel comfortable. (Which is a big deal if you’re getting a Brazilian wax!) She’s quick, but efficient! I see her for my lip & brows every 2 weeks, and Brazilian every 4. (Personal preference, I like to stay hair free. Lol.) ps. I Love my brows! :))
