Marshall Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram

As promised, an update now that the title paperwork has finally arrived. I would still give this dealership negative stars if I could. My visit with the Title Office and the BMV was very enlightening. The clerk pointed out the many errors made by the dealership when calculating the taxes and fees they collected from me, and yes… there was more money due from me to get my car titled in Ohio and my plates transferred. I spoke at length with the Sales Manager several times today and he swears he knew nothing about any of the problems I have been having, yet offered no satisfactory solution to reimburse me for the additional out of pocket I have incurred. He offered to fill my tank if I would make a trip down to the dealership again. How hard would it be to drop a check and a gas card in the mail to me? He’s got my address. These people have no clue how to resolve issues that they caused in the first place. Steer clear of this dealer!
