Polite guy and punctual for the appointment! Way easier process than I thought it would be– if I ever move again (which hopefully will be never) I’ll use this business again.

Bader and Associates were selected to appraise my home. They arrived, seemed quite nice. It looked promising. I chatted with them a bit as they walked through my home, I made sure I mentioned a few things to them about the house. Well, the time comes and I find out my house appraised at $ 20k less than what it did between 1 – 2 years ago (under the bad market). They failed to pay attention to the partially brick exterior, zoned heating and cooling, and a few other details. This completely set back my loan and basically screwed me.
I would steer clear and if for whatever reason they are selected, turn them away and ask for a new appraiser.
I have never been this disgusted in my life.
