Pianos To Go

I recently had these guys deliver a piano to my house. I felt that the service they provided was very good. They were timely and professional and seemed to know a lot about pianos to an amateur. My biggest complaint was that their pricing seemed too high. They charged a flat rate based on the size of the piano and I was mostly comfortable with that but they then charged $ 3 per mile driven, which if you do the math that is basically a full gallon of gas per mile. They also charged $ 10 per step they had to ascend or descend. My complaint about this is that they used boards to roll the piano up and down on wheels so it really didn’t require any lifting. If they have to do lifting I could understand but this seemed to be inconsiderate of individual circumstances. Not sure if I would hire them again because these facts.
