I eat here all the time, super good food. But today there was a lady who took my order. Name started with Y and she was older, she was really rude and disrespectful. Kinda put me off.

Tonight ordered 8 p family, 5 p tenders and shrimp box. Got home dropped off food and later found out no tenders. Called and they could not recall order. After more questions they admitted to finding a box of tenders. I could drive there in pouring rain and they’d give me em. I wanted my money credited back to my card. They couldn’t do it because they couldn’t recall the order. I’m not stupid. Corporate should check this location out.

This is the absolute worst location and a terrible representation of the Popeye’s brand. This is right around the corner from my office and I’ve been here three (3) times. Once to pick up food for an employee luncheon, the second to pick up lunch for my boss and the third to pick up dinner for a few of us working late. Three strikes and they are out. None of us will ever be back. Each time the employee’s were rude, got the orders wrong and just this last time I pulled up to the drive up window and saw trays knocked over on the ground and chicken all over the floor. Needless to say I took the food and dumped it right in the garbage and we ordered pizza. I don’t know who owns this franchise but they aren’t managing it at all.

If I could rate No STAR.. I could.. We went there 3 days ago… and they had no corn. ok. no problem … went there again to tonight, the service was HORRIBLE. Going thru drive thru was five cars deep. Still no corn. Asked for green beans instead.. didn’t even have that. What do they have? Obviously nothing. We asked for a spicy chicken. NO BREASTS. For the money everyone pays and they do not have anything. On top of that.. The management have no customer service. And we were in drive thru for over 30 min. Unbelievable.

Came in Saturday 6÷20÷15 around noon and the older gentlemen who I believe was the manager took my order and was really kind and respectful. Had my order done by the time I was done getting my drink at the self serve drink station. My tenders weren’t fresh out of the fryer but they still tasted great! To the reviewers giving them a few stars… cut them some slack it’s a new location. Will be coming back.

Ordered 8 pieces of Mild, was very specific I wanted mild. Got home and it was all hot. I called the manager, they said bring it back. It was 8:30 pm and I was hungry and tired. Not going back out.

Terrible customer service! While placing an order, the workers were loud in the background! I asked for my food fresh and it was not!!! I ordered a 5 piece tender and not only did I get one sauce… When I asked for an extra ranch the ghetto girl at the window said «35 cents» with an attitude. Another lady told her to just go and get it! Whatever! As my gf was driving off, I checked my food and my food was cold. Then on top of that I had four chicken tenders!!! Wtf??? I would never go there again. Terrible service for a new establishment. I called and let the manager know how unsatisfied I was. I rejected the offer to fix my order because I rather go somewhere else.

Theeee worst popeyes ever!!!
Granted they just opened but the worst customer service ever! So we pull up to the drive thru and place an order now here’s were I go wrong, I add a large order of fries at the window (no one behind me!)
I pay and get told to pull up there waiting on my fries!
I do so, 5 min later they come out with the order!
Now my fault again for not checking the bag! So we get home ready to eat and there are No Fries! Can’t believe it! And when I call to inform them they tell me they Did! put the fries in the bag and there was nothing they would do about it! As if I were to be lying about it! When I explained the customer should always be right Alena the manager tells me that people always try and get extras! I was furious! Never again! Incompetent bunch! They can keep the Damn fries!
