Spring Creek Apartments

I have lived here since August 2014. I absolutely love living here and unless some unforeseen life event occurs I will be renewing my lease when it comes up.
I looked at other properties before my final decision but none of them could compare with how nice Spring Creek is. The grounds are beautiful and are kept looking awesome by a very polite and professional young man named Matt. I love that the complex isn’t visible from the road. Between that and the gate you have a lot of privacy and security. The club house is beautiful which includes a nice sized gym and business center. The pool area is very nice. It has plenty of chairs for soaking up rays as well as an area to grill a few burgers or whatever you like.
I made several trips to the property before signing my lease to decide what size apartment I thought I would need as well as show off my new home to friends and family. Linda (my leasing agent) was always very polite and helpful. She didn’t mind how many time I came by to look around. I told her what I needed and she made sure I got it.
This is a awesome place to live! The staff is some of the friendliest most helpful people I have ever met. I have seen them walk residents dogs when the resident was under the weather or had surgery. They will deliver packages to residents that have medical issues and need assistance. I love that they always remember and call you by name.
The maintenance Staff lead by James who has won several awards for outstanding service does an exceptional job. If you have a concern they address it very quickly.
As previously mentioned our office staff, lead by Kristen who has also won numerous awards for the excellent manner that her staff which includes Lisa and Linda makes sure the residents are all taken care of.
Its a true pleasure to live at Spring Creek. I recommend you come take a look for yourself.

Since the problems more problems have come from their pit of hell. My husband and I put in the 60 day notice to leave and I wrote a review on Facebook well the land lady took my husband in her office and cried to him and then They served us with another 7 days notice to vacate the premises which in the state of Florida in order to legally serve that you have to have been putting the landlords and other tenants lives in danger intentionally. Which the landlord is a complete imbecile and didn’t know that. So we took everything to the lawyer and then we get a call from their lawyer wanting to make a deal asking is what we wanted because his clients aren’t smart enough to know any better and last thing he wanted was for this to go to court cause they wouldn’t win. Well we told them we wanted out if there but we wanted the garage. He said that was fine. So we will see how this goes.

I was skeptical when my husband found these apartments and signed the lease… First off, they claim they are a gated community… No… The entrance road is gated… But the surrounding grass and sidewalk is not fenced… Lots of random people who don’t live there would hang out at the apartments.
–As we lived there, the maintenance man reeked of cigarettes. So when ever he came to check something out, his stench made me sick. PLUS… He lived right next to our apartment and made passes at me and the other women near me all the time because he was CONSTANTLY outside, chain smoking. Just a creepy old man…
–One of the office ladies continued to «forget» who I was whenever I called or went to the office, but she knew EXACTLY who my husband was… my husband told me that she would watch him work out through the camera’s in the gym (…creepy!!!). She was never pleasant with me and just sucked at customer service… Many residents and myself used to joke about how unpleasant and rude she was.
–During the weekend, no one would compact the community trash bin and it would overflow on to the sidewalk.
–If you have a toy dog breed, the lack of spacious dog potty areas might be sufficient for you and your dog.
–The actual apartments have cheap carpet that stains easily. Our bathroom tiles, which were the fake vinyl ones, were just laid on top of another layer of ugly vinyl tiles from the previous tenant. The kitchen and dining room lights are track lighting and burn out every other month. They stay hot and a local lighting company rep told me that the lights used in the spring creek apartments are actually outside lights. PLUS… they don’t even include ceiling lights in the family room and bedrooms! So be prepared to buy and instal your own lights (or live in the dark). We left our ceiling fan and lights for the next tenants because we felt bad for the unsuspecting fools.
–At a community get-​together, the tacos made by the office ladies made everyone sick. (side note: The two younger office ladies are much more pleasant than the older one.)
–Oh! And Right when we moved in, they forgot to change the A/​C filters. So they were clogged from the previous tenants use and water soaked our entire living room. It took three days of high powered fans to dry everything out. Meanwhile, the carpet is up and tacks are sticking out everywhere.
–LOOOOONG story short, I wouldn’t EVER go back and I would NEVER recommend these apartments to anyone.
–The only good thing was that we had awesome neighbors and there was a pool.
