Empire Caterers

I used Empire Caterers for my wedding in March of 2013. Ron who is the owner of the company was very helpful throughout the process and helped us know exactly what to expect leading up to the event and on the day of our wedding. We were not able to sample his food, but we were given a list of references to call who could verify the quality and taste of his food, and everyone had nothing but good things to say about him and his food. So we trusted our gut and booked him.
He is willing to work with you on the price and is very reasonable. I, and my spouse love to eat food and we love to cook ourselves, so we know good food. His food was amazing! Everything had great flavor and amazing texture considering it was buffet style. He made the garlic bread fresh from the oven! The veggies were fresh and delicious and though I don’t eat chicken, all my guest enjoyed it very much.
He is a one stop shop for parties! I highly recommend him for any and all of your party needs!
