We we really looking forward to having brunch here. I never complain about service, but we experienced the worst food service in our lives. In fact it was so bad I created a Unilocal account. Food was decent but over priced.

We had the pleasure of eating at this very cozy, wonderful restaurant recently and have to say it was one of the best meals We’ve ever eaten. Chef David is extraordinarily creative and second to none. Everything from the appetizer to the dessert was top notch! If you are in Crested Butte do yourself a favor and go! You will not be disappointed!

Such a jewel in this little hamlet! We ate here for my sons birthday dinner recently and loved the whole experience. Hannah our waitress was awesome! Tara the owner is passionate about her place and came and sat down with us for a bit! Quaint, cool vibe. Love the cozy fireplace! Chef extraordinaire David is fabulous, you will be blown away by his creations! We let him choose for us and we were not disappointed! We had the fondue which was to die for, the melt in your mouth prime rib dinner that was perfectly cooked, Roasted Brussel sprouts, poutine and homemade French onion soup which was one of the best we ever tasted. When in crested butte do NOT miss this place! We can’t wait to go back!

Food was delicious with a nice happy hour until 6. The chef was very personable and by joking with my kid and making an impression with him, we know we’ll be back many more times in the future and he’ll be asking to go back often. I cannot wait to try more of the unique and extensive menu. The burger was awesome! Good food and creating relationships with customers is just good business.

A group of 7 of us were visitimg CB and went here for brunch on a Sunday morning. Once we were seated the waitress took a while to take our drink order. Once the drinks came, my mocha tasted like pure milk with a slight taste of espresso. Hardly any mocha flavor at all. The waitress took an even longer time to take our actuall food order. We understood b/​c she was the only one running around until another lady came out to help. But still… a «i will be right with you» would have been nice but I think she was new. We asked if the drip coffee came with free refills and she said «i dont think so» …hmmm…
Anyways the food definitely made up for it. I got the croque madame and it was soo bomb. My husband got a duck plate which he also enjoyed.
Overall very slow service but the food is actually pretty good.

Was here for Happy Hour. Had the traditional fondue, cup of Soup a l’Oignon (Onion soup) and mulled wine. Service was fast and the food was better than I could find in Los Angeles, CA.
The restaurant has lots of room. Great atmostphere. Good people.
I’ve been here for breakfast and it was also a wonderful experience. I had a sausage burrito, cinnamon roll, and a fantastic mocha with housemate chocolate.
Both experiences are a must.

Fun place for a bite to eat. Great atmosphere and the owners work hard to create new ideas. Breakfast croissant is yummy!

I came into 3 Chix a couple times while visiting CB, the coffee was okay and I enjoyed the free WIFI but the counter servers could use some serious training in customer service. Both times I went in and went to the counter to order they acted like they didn’t know why I was there. I understand that this is a small town and good employees are no doubt hard to come by but I think some additional training would go a long way.

On a holiday weekend we were glad to find this place open. The veggie panini with fried egg, black beans, and spinach was fabulous. The baked goods were good as well. Lots of indoor and outdoor seating in a casual atmosphere. An delicious, inexpensive option in an expensive town.

We are locals and decided to try this place out because it’s so close to our house, won’t be going back. The vibe in the place you could tell everyone was hungry I saw two people go up and ask for their food with kids that had had it should have ran. We sat For 45 minutes we asked about our food they said they lost our ticket waited 15 more asked again they just decided to dismiss our order entirely since they lost it. Asked for a refund, not one person said sorry or anything. Dear owners suggestions one manager needs to be on staff, get more
Employees or come in and roll up your sleeves and pitch in, and you gotta get more then one panini press!

Good morning glory muffin and cinnamon rolls. Drip coffee is good with full flavor and not watery. Staff was helpful. Will go again.

Family friendly place, delicious cinnamon rolls, good coffee and egg sandwiches. Good, easy breakfast!

Such a great patio and indoor space! Free Wifi. The coffee is organic and taste very fresh. Lots of scrumptious baked good and savory treats

They are still trying to figure things out, but I’m sure this place is going to amazing. The environment inside it awesome and they even have an herb garden!
