Dari Delite

It was finally opened for the season & already, their line of customers was long. It’s pretty good & close to home. It’s no specialty ice cream shop but you get your fix! ;)

I like Dari Delite. The girls there are very friendly and the orders come out fast. I really enjoy the hot fudge sundaes and they take debit and credit cards. They have hot dogs which aren’t too bad but the sundaes and cones are the best thing IMO about this place

I’m shocked I’ve never written a review for this place!!! Now that the season is over I will be craving as I type this. My favorite thing Dari Delite has to offer is a caramel sundae with pecans… yum. I will cut a bitch if they ever try to come between me and that damn sundae!
I don’t like that when I order a dipped come they won’t dip my cone in cherry dip, and put crunch topping on it. They say they can’t, but right around the corner at Route 66 on Broadway they do, and have even before when it was creamy delight. The slushes are absolutely horrible. They taste like Ice chips, those little juices in the plastic jar with the aluminum foil lid that you punch open. I was majorly let down with that one.
The sundae is awesome. All else I could care less for!

This place is what used to be Frosty Tips and, well, it’s exactly the same, down to the menu and pictures in the windows. Which is a good thing.
Lots of choices, and servings are huge! A «small» dipped cone is comparable to a large at DQ. A bunch of picnic tables, some under a canopy; small parking lot. I sense there is a lot of walk-​up local business. The girls working there were very friendly and quick. Just a summer treat, of course, so grab this delite while you can!
