Love the Mailroom. Mail, ship, notarized, fax, copy, use the Internet. Everything the post office can do and lots more. They are always so helpful and quick. Best kept secret. Locally owned.

The Mail Room is an excellent place to do business. Jim the owner is so nice and friendly. They provide excellent customer service. I’ve had notary public service and mailed UPS and FedEx from there even on Saturday. They have really nice greeting and note cards, as well. Check it out! :-)

HORRIBLE! HORRIBLE! The owner screams when you have the NERVE to ask for a receipt for an overnight UPS package. They give a scrawled, hand-​written tracking number (I can’t tell if those are 7’s or 1’s), which will NOT be accepted as proof of service by UPS if there’s a problem. This was the second time in two weeks we had to use this business… I was sending water samples to a lab, required by law to get there overnight. The first time I sent the samples, The Mail Room failed to notify UPS of the overnight package (even tho I had dropped it off before the cut-​off time) and as a result, it didn’t get sent there overnight, but got to the lab 2 days later, which completely invalidates the samples. So, the entire process had to be repeated. When I dropped off the second set of samples and asked for a receipt, the owner screamed he didn’t have time to give receipts. We are currently looking for another UPS provider in the area for the next time we need to get water samples to the lab in order to ensure water quality for the Crescent City area.

We’ve decided that this place is the 21^st century equivalent of a general store. They’ve got web access, mail and shipping supplies and service, mailboxes, trophies, shoe repair, knit items, soy candles, and more.
Need to scan and email a doc? They’ll do it. Need to print a doc from your email and fax it? They can do that too. And it’s all ridiculously inexpensive. We had to ask them twice to make sure they didn’t miscalculate.
Staff was really helpful and friendly.
Mail Room was exactly what we needed at an affordable rate. We’ll give them our business whenever we can.
