Had a contact at sprint corporate received my new iPhone 6a plus today, it took 2 days! In my opinion Jarvis should be terminated ASAP!

I pretty much never have a positive experience here. This place is insanely overstaffed with helpless people. There is a perpetual break time happening, and I always feel like I am interrupting a family in the middle of dinner. I once waited over three hours to have my phone fixed(charging issues), but at least when the tech noticed how long I had been there they just gave me the repaired phone and I paid nothing. At least they always direct me to dial *2 where someone who knows what they are talking about will tell me exactly the opposite of what the live person says. Oh hey look! Three more employees just got back with food as I finish this review! Haha!

It is Sunday morning and I am frustrated that when I called Sprint’s 800 number, they did not know how to help me. Since I was in RI, I looked up the nearest local Sprint store and saw this one had good Unilocal reviews. When I arrived just before noon, there were several people waiting to go in, but when they opened, they had plenty of people on hand to help everyone waiting. My problem was that I had added a data package to my Sprint plan last week, I went to the box my Kyocera DuraXT«dumb» phone had been shipped to me in and discovered that the manual was in Spanish(y es mal mi espanol!). When I called Sprint’s help line they told me to download it from the website but I told them that I bought the phone and should have a manual in English. They agreed but said they could not help me. When I told Fausto Morals at the store what happened, he was more than happy to go in the back and find me a manual. He also answered all my questions about my plan and phone including its limitations. Now that’s what I call good customer service… thank you Sprint Cranston, RI! 3÷19÷15: I finally entered the modern world and leased an I-phone. After having been turned off by some overly aggressive sales people in New York, it was great working with a no pressure consultant named Will Denk who answered all my questions and suggested the plan that would work best for me. I also noticed the store had been redesigned since my last visit and looks very nice.

Had to get my phone fixed and was helped quickly. IT took about an hour to complete the repair. Everything went smoothly, no complaints.

I had dropped my HTCEVO phone in the RIVER while vacationing in Mystic, CT. I DECIDED to stop here and upgrade to the new EVO3D instead of waiting for insurance replacement. Mr. John Lopes was my angel in disguise. He set me up quickly and made the perfect accessory recommend. John, you get my 5 stars man. PS, I used to own 3 sprint stores and a former sprint sales rep also. You did sprint proud!
