I was very impressed with the service I received at this FroyoWorld location. Mike was very personable and helpful. The shop was immaculate with lots of flavors to choose from. I am looking forward to going back!

Wow. Absolutely terrible. Extremely rude and unfriendly staff. I never received a simple«hello» upon entering. I was greeted with an unpleasant and unprofessional remark. I will never be returning. This place is a joke!

Fro-yo in the village Fro-Yo World has over 40 locations throughout New England and new ones seems to be popping up all the times. It calls itself a fro-yo lounge but I’m not really sure how that is different from the typical self serve fro-yo place. This particular one is located in quaint Pawtucket Village and is a bit on the small side but has places to sit both inside and out. Fro-yo world doesn’t have the usual bright colors and glitz of many other fro-yo joints but it is clean and pleasantly decorated. They have about 12 different flavors of fro-yo and of course the flavors are always changing. The standard flavors are always there with some new and odd flavors for when you want to be daring. The fresh fruit is nice as well of the bunch of different toppings. Even though it isn’t as large, bold or has as many options of other fro-yo places it is a very nice store with some excellent fro-yo in a very pleasant location.

Love this place. Very clean, new flavors all the time, and friendly staff. My girlfriend and I found ourselves at orange leaf a couple of times a week but since discovering this place we haven’t been back to orange leaf. Worth the extra couple mile trip!

This is my favorite of the frozen yogurt options available in Providence. The yogurt is tart and the flavors tend to be spot on. I like that this chain offers a smaller than average cup which is helpful with portion control. Some people who work here are very helpful and others seem pretty apathetic. The employees here do a good job of keeping the shop tidy though.

I’m so glad this Froyo shop opened up in Pawtuxet Village and I home it sticks around. They have a huge selection of yogurt flavors and they always seem to have some new, seasonal flavors each time I go. My kids love that they can make swirl flavors together to make different combinations. There is a large selection of toppings as well. The store is very clean. My only complaint would be the parking. There’s a tiny lot out front with room for about 2 cars. You’re better off parking on the street which can be a challenge sometimes.

Froyoworld opened a new location in Pawtuxet Village a few weeks ago. Great selection of you-serve frozen yogurts and sorbets(about 12 choices), including everything from plain tart(which I had) to milk chocolate, cake batter, pumpkin pie, and cinnamon sugar cookie. But the toppings were even better — hot fudge, marshmallow, Oreo filling, every candy under the sun, and really fresh fruit like mango, kiwi, and blackberry. Kids and adults loved it. Service was friendly and helpful. My only criticism is that it can get expensive because you pay by the pound, especially if your eyes are bigger than your stomach. We’ll be back(cue Armold Schwarznegger).

Clean! That is top priority for me in a serve yourself froyo spot and this place is immaculate. Secondly, and almost equally important is flavor selection /assortment and FroyoWorld nailed it. Third, and not as important(because I’m willing to drive for a clean spot with good flavors!), this place is dangerously close! Loveeeee!
