What an amazing place! This is my first experience, and after the creative commercials, and great reviews I had heard from friends, I was anxious to try it, and I sure am glad I did!
The chicken sandwich I had was great! The lettuce and tomatoes were super fresh, and the chicken was warm and crispy. The waffle fries were cooked perfectly; just the right combination of crispy on the outside and gooey on the inside.
We took the food to go, but this location had a large restaurant. Despite being SLAMMED, the service was quick and friendly! I wish we had one closer to home!

Perfect service, comfortable atmosphere, and very tasty food! This place exceeds all expectations.

Amazing customer service! I showed up with two coupons for sandwiches and wanted to turn one into a meal. After realizing that I forgot any other forms of currency to make up the difference, I apologized and asked for just the two sandwiches. Instead, without hesitation, the kind team member behind the counter said it was on the house! Nice job to whomever is training this fine team.

I love Chick Fil A. Not only do I enjoy their healthier food options, but I also appreciate the atmosphere. Everyone is always very pleasant and polite. Even the young workers are not seen on their phones but instead attentive and smiling. It is such ease to bring my toddler here for a quick bite to eat (although not always quick because he loves the play place!). When my hands are full, they are so helpful by bringing our food to the table, grabbing a high chair, and even setting up a placemat. They even provide a smaller, bendy straw for kids! It’s the little things that us moms appreciate the most :)

Love the food here. My new favorite is the spicy chicken sammich — so damned good.

Food is always good at chick fil a, but the service here was extra awesome. Jackie was great and the place was really clean.

I love this place. There is no chicken strips, chicken sandwich, or chicken anything in the fast food world that can compete. I can’t complain about having a line because it really just means this place is that great.
The best thing at this location is the excellent customer service. They bring you your food if they have to, someone will come up to refill your drink if you want, they bring you some mints, and basically make sure you are taken care of. Even if, lets say, you never needed any of the help, it is truly and highly appreciated just knowing they are reassuring you that it’s ok to ask if you do need something.
I hope chick-​fil-​A as a company/​chain do not lose that southern hospitality as it really sets them apart. I say this because in my experience of traveling to any of the southern states, everyone is truly polite.
Also, when the drive thru is busy, they will have workers standing outside even in the heat of the summer to take your order and speed up the process. I’ve only ever seen this at in-​and-​out in california.

Love this place and the employees are always so nice and helpful. Never have had a bad experience here at all. It is very busy during lunch and sometimes dinner but it’s worth the wait and if you hit the drive thru and it’s busy they are outside taking your oders and calling them in so they try to get people in and out as quickly as they can.

This is my favorite place to grab a bite to eat for lunch or dinner! The food is always good and the drinks ice cold. Food is always hot never cold and tastes amazing!

Though I enjoyed the food and customer service at this location, I may never return based on how insane my lunchtime experience was here… The line at the drive thru was so long and impeded traffic flow that I had to park at the restaurant next door. When I finally got into the restaurant, the line to order was so long that it went out the door. Even though I thought the associates were pretty efficient considering the volume of people inside, I will now avoid this place at lunchtime… It shouldn’t take nearly 30 minutes to park, wait in line, eat lunch, and return to your car just to get some fried chicken and french fries.

You will pay a little more than say McDonald’s but it is one of the best fast food places. Great food.

My favorite restaurant. Being a sweet tea addict there are few places that can hold their own against chick fil a outside the south.
Really happy with the new grilled chicken options as they are good and lower calorie.

So, this was my first time eating inside of a Chick-​fil-​A!
The employees were SO nice! I couldn’t believe it, but then I remembered where I was and thought «yep, that’s right.» I couldn’t decide what dressing to get for my salad and the girl at the register actually described them to me and gave me three different ones to try. She didn’t just shove me along.
Once I sat down to eat, someone came by to see how I was doing. I had to think to myself, «is this really a fast food place?» One of them even refilled my tea for me!
It’s clean. The people are so nice. The food was so good. And those pepper things for the salad — yum!
Oh yeah, did you know that they have waffle fries? ;)

Incompetent employees. They put bacon in my chicken sandwich. I specifically asked them if the sandwich contained bacon before I ordered it, and they said it didn’t. When I got to my hotel and bit into it, well shit, it had bacon.

Chick fil a is always good– it’s also nice that they go out of their way to provide excellent customer service. They’re a little pricey as far as fast food goes, but u get what u pay for & u definitely are getting quality. My son likes the play area too. I just find it slightly annoying how they always say «my pleasure» instead of you’re welcome– it just sounds fake & forced!

One of my favorite Chick Fil A locations. I use them for catering quite a bit (I love being able to place my orders online and pick up).
One thing that sets this location apart from the others is their attention to detail and their understanding that when we ask for things to be done by a certain time, we need them then (not 20 min later). This location and Monroeville seem to get it right every time.
For «healthier» fast food catering, I highly recommend this Chick Fil A. They have awesome cookies too. The cookie and brownie tray is one of my go tos for snacks for customers. The price is pretty right too for their catering items.

This location is packed to the gills at lunch-​time. But, it’s Chick-​fil-​A. The people that work there seem to really enjoy their jobs. It also has an indoor play area for the kids.

Best fast food in the biz. Store is very clean.
The service is OUT OF THIS WORLD good. They hire a lot of young people, but they seem to get kids with good heads on their shoulders. Everyone in uniform knows how to take care of a customer and does a great job of it.
When I want fast food, I go here and rarely go anywhere else.

The only thing going for this CFA FSU is the location… right off I-​79 and the turnpike in Cranberry is good, but trying to negotiate the silly roundabout and the crazy parking lot is annoying.
Generally they’re very nice, but something about PA CFAs, if you ask them at the drive thru for condiments they bark at you to ask for those at the window. Most CFAs around the country don’t do that. Even at the original Dwarf House CFA in Atlanta, if you ask for sauce at the drive thru microphone, it’s waiting in your bag at the pickup window.
Other than that little pet peeve, the food was served correctly and the drinks were cold and the Coke wasn’t funky.
