Cranberry Township, PA
Loft is one of my favorite stores, but the staff in this location is incredibly aloof and downright rude. I stop in at least once a month and literally have never been acknowledged as I walk in. Never once has anyone approached me, as I carry an armload of clothing, to offer a changing room. Never have I been offered another size or any assistance while I’m in the changing room. It’s unreal to me. Someone explain to these women they work in a mid-​level retail store and not some Rodeo Drive boutique.

Yay for Loft! Loft is one of my favorite retailers, and I’m so excited to have one where I can go shopping over my lunch break at work. This is a descent location but I have noticed that they seem to often be out of size M and L and that their sales associates are not very friendly or helpful.
